Best Air conditioning contractor in Chicago for SameDay Service

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sewer & Electric is a full home-comfort contractor based on 73rd Street in Chicago, covering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, sewer, and electrical work with round-the-clock availability. Services span maintenance, repair, and installation across all five trades, plus generators and thermostats. The company serves Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, positioning itself as a single provider for everything that heats, cools, powers, or plumbs a home. Review themes emphasize process discipline: customers describe speaking to a live person, receiving follow-up calls to confirm the job was done well, and technicians who explain each step. Named technicians include Byron, Miguel, Keith Williams, Adan Ruiz, and Edgar — one reviewer credits Keith with properly sizing a boiler through load calculations where competitors oversized the recommendation, and the install team flushed the system, verified pressures, and tested every baseboard before leaving. Loyal customers report using the company for over a decade. Some reviewers note installation delays and thermostat issues as counterpoints. This is a fit for homeowners who want one accountable company for all major home systems rather than juggling separate contractors. The consultation-style quoting suits anyone replacing a furnace or boiler who wants the engineering explained. Customers who value structured follow-up — live dispatch, supervisor check-ins, quality audits — get that built into the service model.
