3 Best Air conditioning repair service in Chicago for SameDay Service

Deljo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is an HVAC-led home services company based on Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago's North Park, with plumbing as a growing second trade. The heating and cooling work covers furnace and air conditioner repair, installation, and maintenance, humidifiers and indoor air quality systems, and commercial rooftop units — handled by NATE-certified technicians. Plumbing services include inspections, water heater work, and fixture repairs such as leaking bathtub valves. The company runs thousands of active maintenance agreements and serves Chicago plus suburbs including Naperville. Review themes center on clear explanations and clean work: technicians Drew, Matt, Jesus, Jordan, and Ernesto are named for thorough maintenance findings, patient answers for first-time homeowners, and leaving no mess. One reviewer credits Matt with servicing both a home and a rental property while suggesting efficiency improvements. A counterpoint worth knowing: one customer felt the charge for a simple foil-tape ERV fix was disproportionate to the work, a reminder to confirm pricing on minor repairs. This is a fit for homeowners who want heating, cooling, and plumbing under one roof with structured maintenance plans. Small businesses get technicians experienced with commercial equipment. First-time homeowners who want systems explained rather than just fixed get the communication style reviewers consistently praise.

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sewer & Electric is a full home-comfort contractor based on 73rd Street in Chicago, covering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, sewer, and electrical work with round-the-clock availability. Services span maintenance, repair, and installation across all five trades, plus generators and thermostats. The company serves Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, positioning itself as a single provider for everything that heats, cools, powers, or plumbs a home. Review themes emphasize process discipline: customers describe speaking to a live person, receiving follow-up calls to confirm the job was done well, and technicians who explain each step. Named technicians include Byron, Miguel, Keith Williams, Adan Ruiz, and Edgar — one reviewer credits Keith with properly sizing a boiler through load calculations where competitors oversized the recommendation, and the install team flushed the system, verified pressures, and tested every baseboard before leaving. Loyal customers report using the company for over a decade. Some reviewers note installation delays and thermostat issues as counterpoints. This is a fit for homeowners who want one accountable company for all major home systems rather than juggling separate contractors. The consultation-style quoting suits anyone replacing a furnace or boiler who wants the engineering explained. Customers who value structured follow-up — live dispatch, supervisor check-ins, quality audits — get that built into the service model.

Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a combined plumbing and HVAC company based on Western Avenue in Chicago's West Ridge neighborhood, with a second location in Elmhurst serving the northern suburbs. Its services span plumbing and water heater work, furnace and heater repair and replacement, air conditioning repair and replacement, and maintenance plans. Reviewers note the company uses Manual J load calculations when sizing replacement systems, a more precise method than matching the old unit's size. Technicians named Chris, Serge, Harvey, and Fernando appear in reviews: Chris is credited with a well-executed hot water tank installation and deep plumbing knowledge, while Serge and Harvey handled a furnace and AC replacement with clear estimates and strong communication. Several reviewers highlight no-upsell pressure — repairs fixed at reasonable prices rather than fabricated replacements. One reviewer reports a poorly handled appointment for a condo hot water pressure issue. This is a fit for north-side Chicago and northern suburban homeowners who want one company for both plumbing and HVAC. The maintenance plans suit anyone wanting seasonal tune-ups with repair discounts and priority scheduling. For full system replacements, the load-calculation approach appeals to homeowners who want equipment sized to the home rather than the guess.
