Reviews describe a bathroom remodel finished with luxury-hotel quality and close attention to detail, a new hot water heater installed within hours of the original call, and a Sunday emergency handled as a rescue. One account tells of the father assessing the job first with Andrew arriving shortly after and the work completed the same day, at rates described as reasonable. This is a fit for Roxborough-area homeowners planning bathroom renovations where the same crew handles plumbing and tile, or needing fast water heater replacement. The father-son structure suits customers who like dealing with the owner directly. Those scheduling should confirm lead times, since renovation projects may book out.

Fixadelphia: Mechanical Contractors is a West Philadelphia mechanical and general contractor run by Al Cooke, based on S 52nd St. Its trades span electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, and heating oil, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The service range covers everything from toilet repairs and faucet installations to central air replacement, duct and vent repair, and energy-efficient HVAC upgrades. Listed hours run Monday through Friday and Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Reviews describe Al as personable, professional, punctual, and fairly priced. One account tells of a leaking roof drain pipe running from the second floor to the basement repaired after a thorough diagnosis; another describes a central air system replaced within a day, with the owner explaining the difference between mini-split and traditional units. Customers note cost-saving options, energy-saving tips, and honest explanations of HVAC problems. This is a fit for West Philadelphia homeowners and landlords who want one contractor for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rather than three separate vendors. The multi-trade capability suits older buildings with overlapping mechanical issues. Those planning energy upgrades may find the efficiency guidance useful.

Point Breeze Plumbing Experts - Repairs & Installations LLC is a South Philadelphia plumbing company based on Gerritt St in the Point Breeze neighborhood. Its listed categories cover water heater installation and repair, sewer service, and kitchen and bath contracting. It operates as part of a neighborhood-branded network that also fields Center City and Main Line plumbing teams, pitching a repair-first approach with clear diagnosis. Listed hours run 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. The network's stated service range covers emergency plumbing, drain and sewer cleaning, leak detection and pipe repair, water heaters and tanks, toilet and fixture plumbing, sump pumps, water filtration, and commercial plumbing. The Point Breeze team's own review record is thin, so the verifiable picture rests on its listed specialties and schedule. This is a fit for Point Breeze and South Philadelphia residents who want extended daily hours for plumbing repairs, water heater work, and sewer issues. The kitchen-and-bath contracting angle suits planned remodels alongside repairs. Because the local review record is minimal, callers should confirm the assessment process and pricing before booking.

Surgical plumber is a service-plumbing outfit run by Tayjon King, based on Scotts Ln in the Allegheny West neighborhood. The company specializes in service plumbing: faucet replacements, traps, diverter and shower replacements, ceiling leaks, clogged drains, high water pressure, and water heater issues. It offers a six-month warranty on its work (30 days on drain cleaning) and states travel and labor fees are included in its pricing. Same-day or next-day availability is part of the pitch. Reviews describe Tayjon and team members as reliable, responsive, and honest hard workers who keep customers informed from start to finish. One account tells of a tank replacement turning into a full toilet replacement handled cleanly; another notes a hot water heater installed within the promised timeframe. The two-person operation is background-checked and license-verified as a Philadelphia journeyman plumber. This is a fit for Philadelphia homeowners wanting a small, accountable crew for everyday service plumbing rather than a large dispatch company. The same-day availability suits leaks and clogs that cannot wait. Those who like dealing directly with the person doing the work may appreciate the two-employee setup.

Adelphia Plumbing and Heating Corporation is a West Philadelphia plumbing and heating contractor based on Lancaster Ave, describing itself as a third-generation family business operating for over 70 years. Its work skews toward larger and commercial-grade systems: boiler system design and installation, domestic water pumping systems, high-rise plumbing systems, hot water and steam heating, radiant heating, and mechanical services, alongside drain cleaning and central air conditioning. Reviews describe technician Dan fixing a leak two other plumbers had been unable to find, and owner Cliff answering a late-night emergency call personally, asking for photos and videos of the problem and following up the next day with advice. One review flags a late arrival and a rude office interaction, suggesting callers confirm appointment windows and ask who to contact on the day. This is a fit for West Philadelphia homeowners and commercial property managers needing boiler, hydronic heating, or high-rise plumbing expertise rather than basic repairs. The owner-direct emergency handling suits complex heating failures. Those booking routine service should lock in the arrival time when scheduling.

Turner Brothers plumbing & Heating llc is a Port Richmond plumbing and heating contractor based on E Cambria St. Its listed services cover emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heaters, pipe repair and repiping, fixture installation, leak detection, sewer line work, bath and kitchen remodels, and routine maintenance. Listed hours vary by source, with one showing weekday business hours and another round-the-clock availability, so callers should confirm. Public reviews are mixed. One account from a repeat customer complains about a steep charge for a five-minute faucet stopper removal, while another calls the company unprofessional. The company's BuildZoom page carries an inactive-license notice, so customers may want to verify current licensing before hiring. This is a fit for Port Richmond-area customers needing standard plumbing services who are willing to do upfront due diligence. The service range covers everything from drain cleaning to remodels. Because the review record is mixed and the license status unclear, get a firm written quote and confirm licensing before authorizing work.

Precision Plus is a Philadelphia plumbing, heating, and water damage restoration company based on Germantown Ave in Mount Airy. Its services include tankless water heater installation, gas line installation, septic pumping, general plumbing and heating work, and water damage restoration with moisture detection and mold prevention protocols. The company serves Philadelphia plus Delaware, Chester, and Montgomery counties. Reviewers repeatedly name technician Derrick, describing furnace repairs completed quickly with costs explained before work began, a burst pipe resolved with a next-morning appointment in midwinter, and an 11 PM drain burst answered within the hour. Customers praise honest assessments — one notes Derrick drew a diagram of the problem — and respectful treatment of homes. A dissenting review describes an upsell-heavy drain visit with tiered quotes, suggesting callers confirm pricing before authorizing work. This is a fit for Northwest Philadelphia homeowners who want plumbing, heating, and water damage restoration from one company, especially where a water heater failure has caused damage needing documented restoration. The after-hours responsiveness suits nighttime emergencies. Those sensitive to pricing should ask for a written estimate upfront.

My Plumber is a South Philadelphia plumbing contractor based on Annin St. Its listed offerings cover plumbing and heating systems, commercial plumbing systems, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, grease trap cleaning, and gas piping. The company describes itself as nearly three decades in business, positioning itself as an experienced neighborhood shop rather than a startup dispatch operation. Reviewer accounts describe technician Michael going beyond the call of duty on a toilet installation — when a delivered toilet arrived wrong, he returned it and sourced the correct one. Another customer tells of a broken outdoor shower pipe at a shore house, with the company driving from Philadelphia to Longport, New Jersey the same day to shut off the water. Listed hours run 7 AM to 7 PM daily. This is a fit for South Philadelphia homeowners and businesses wanting a long-running local plumber for repairs, remodels, and commercial systems. The gas piping and grease trap offerings suit food-service businesses. Those with vacation properties nearby may value the demonstrated willingness to travel for same-day emergencies.

Its service list spans central air installation, heater repair, water heater replacement, drain plumbing, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality work, plus electrical and handyman projects. Listed hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Reviewers describe owner John Summers personally bidding jobs, offering competitive pricing, and even showing up to help his crew during a difficult heater and central AC installation in an older home. Technicians named Mike, Oscar, Kyle, and Steve earn praise for clear communication, on-time arrivals, and thorough checks — one customer had two tubs snaked with a loose part fixed without hesitation, another had water heater options reviewed before replacement. Customers note the office answers the phone and follows up as promised. This is a fit for Northwest Philadelphia homeowners, including rental property owners, who want one company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rather than three separate vendors. The hands-on owner involvement suits complex installations in older homes. Those needing weekend service should note the weekday-only schedule.

Listed hours run 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, with after-hours booking available. The company describes its process as a home visit for assessment, clear upfront pricing, then immediate work. The handyman overlap suits tenants and landlords bundling minor plumbing with general repairs. Because the review record is minimal, callers should confirm the assessment-to-pricing process in advance.
