Best Furnace repair service in Philadelphia for SameDay Service

Summers Quality Services is a mechanical contractor based on Ridge Ave in the Roxborough-Manayunk area, covering heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work. Its service list spans central air installation, heater repair, water heater replacement, drain plumbing, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality work, plus electrical and handyman projects. Listed hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Reviewers describe owner John Summers personally bidding jobs, offering competitive pricing, and even showing up to help his crew during a difficult heater and central AC installation in an older home. Technicians named Mike, Oscar, Kyle, and Steve earn praise for clear communication, on-time arrivals, and thorough checks — one customer had two tubs snaked with a loose part fixed without hesitation, another had water heater options reviewed before replacement. Customers note the office answers the phone and follows up as promised. This is a fit for Northwest Philadelphia homeowners, including rental property owners, who want one company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rather than three separate vendors. The hands-on owner involvement suits complex installations in older homes. Those needing weekend service should note the weekday-only schedule.
