Able Drain & Rooter Services is a Modesto drain and sewer specialist at 1312 Held Dr, run by owner-operator Randy McGee. The trade focus is narrow: drain cleaning, sewer pipe work, and clearing clogged toilets and stubborn sewer drains, with fast emergency response as the core promise. Listed hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, though reviews describe Sunday emergency callouts handled directly by the owner. Reviews center on speed and straightforward dealing. Customers describe arrivals within 15 to 20 minutes of a call, clogged main lines cleared the same visit, and a technician who focuses on the job with no drama or extra charges. Randy is named across accounts for honest, upfront pricing — one review notes the company charged the same rate on a weekend job as on weekdays. Repeat customers with aging, difficult sewer lines describe him as the go-to for persnickety drains, with reasonable pricing and clean, thorough work. One reviewer booked him after receiving higher quotes elsewhere for the same clog. This is a fit for Modesto homeowners and businesses with recurring drain clogs or old, problematic sewer lines who want a dedicated drain specialist rather than a general plumber. Anyone facing an after-hours backup can use the documented emergency response record, though Sunday service is by owner availability rather than a listed shift. For customers tired of upselling, the no-nonsense, fixed-quote pattern in reviews is the main draw.
