4 Best HVAC contractor in Modesto for SameDay Service

Discount Plumbing is a plumbing and HVAC contractor in Modesto, California, operating around the clock from Pelandale Avenue. Its services include emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater replacement and repair, sewer services, gas line installation and repair, leak detection, pipe installation and repair, backflow services, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, sinks, and water filtration. The company also lists heating and air conditioning work under the same brand. Review accounts describe fast responses including after-hours and weekend calls, with technicians Matt, Roger, and Brennan named for knowledgeable, courteous work. Customers praise the flat-rate pricing structure and no-overtime-charges policy, and one reviewer describes the technician presenting several money-saving options for a sewer line replacement. A counterpoint appears in reviews that found the prices higher than the name suggests, so cost-conscious customers should get the quote confirmed before work starts. This is a fit for Modesto homeowners and businesses needing a 24-hour plumbing and HVAC shop for emergencies, water heaters, drains, and gas lines. The around-the-clock positioning suits middle-of-the-night failures and weekend problems. Prospective customers should weigh the pricing theme carefully by confirming flat-rate quotes in writing, given the mixed accounts on how much of a discount the name delivers.

DeHart Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. is a combined plumbing and HVAC contractor in Modesto, California, working from Bitritto Way. Its services span air conditioning installation and repair, furnace and heating service, emergency plumbing, water heater services, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. The company describes itself as serving the greater Modesto area for decades with trained technicians. Review accounts describe courteous technicians who explain everything clearly, with named techs including Benjamin Salazar, Jonah, Sean, Shawn Robinson, Phillip Ellis, and Karlo. Customers describe fast responses, including a tech who called with cooling suggestions while en route after an AC failure during a family party, and crews that wore shoe covers and left work areas clean. A minority of critical reviews describe missed appointment windows and a disputed slab-leak repair, so larger jobs deserve written scopes. This is a fit for Modesto homeowners wanting one contractor for both HVAC and plumbing needs, from AC replacement to water heater service. The combined-trade model suits households planning multi-system projects. Given the scale of the operation, customers should confirm appointment windows and get diagnoses in writing for complex jobs such as slab leaks.

Tony's Plumbing, Heating & Air is a plumbing, heating, and air company based in Modesto at 4230 Kiernan Ave #200, with additional locations in Modesto and Stockton. Its advertised plumbing services include toilet installation, drain cleaning, leak repair, water heater and tankless installation and repair, faucet installation, garbage disposal replacement, emergency plumbing, pipe installation in PVC, copper, and PEX, and hydro jetting. The service list is unusually complete for a single company. The recurring themes are responsiveness and thorough workmanship across both plumbing and HVAC calls. A long roster of named technicians suggests a sizable, stable crew. The company fits homeowners and businesses in the Modesto and Stockton areas who want plumbing, heating, and cooling from one shop. It can suit drain and sewer problems where hydro jetting is the right tool, since not every plumber carries that equipment. Extended daily hours make it an option for evening emergencies without waiting for morning.
