Best Contractor in Modesto for SameDay Service

Applegate Septic & Sewer is a septic and sewer contractor in Modesto run by owners Greg and Angie, serving the Central and San Joaquin Valley. Its service list covers septic system installation and repair, sewer line installation and repair including manholes, main lines, sub trunks, and house laterals, sewer line camera inspection, drain cleaning, septic tank abandonment with connection to city sewer, and permit handling for the county or city where the work is installed. Emergency service is offered alongside scheduled work. Reviews describe a trustworthy, on-budget operation: one account notes the company beat every competing bid for a septic tank abandonment and city-sewer connection while handling all permits. Customers cite swift response times, arrivals at the stated time, and straightforward pricing with no pressure during the job. Greg is named repeatedly for professional, kind dealings on difficult situations, and reviewers highlight clean, efficient crews. The company's own process runs from free written estimate to system design, scheduling, installation, final inspection, and job-site cleanup. This is a fit for Central Valley homeowners facing septic tank abandonment, sewer line replacement, or new system installation where permit navigation matters. Rural property owners with aging tanks and leach fields can use the camera inspection and full-service repair scope. Buyers planning conversions from septic to city sewer — often the costliest residential plumbing project — can use the bid-beating and permit-handling record as the key comparison points.
