Best Heating contractor in Modesto for SameDay Service

DeHart Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. is a combined plumbing and HVAC contractor in Modesto, California, working from Bitritto Way. Its services span air conditioning installation and repair, furnace and heating service, emergency plumbing, water heater services, leak detection, and general plumbing repairs across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. The company describes itself as serving the greater Modesto area for decades with trained technicians. Review accounts describe courteous technicians who explain everything clearly, with named techs including Benjamin Salazar, Jonah, Sean, Shawn Robinson, Phillip Ellis, and Karlo. Customers describe fast responses, including a tech who called with cooling suggestions while en route after an AC failure during a family party, and crews that wore shoe covers and left work areas clean. A minority of critical reviews describe missed appointment windows and a disputed slab-leak repair, so larger jobs deserve written scopes. This is a fit for Modesto homeowners wanting one contractor for both HVAC and plumbing needs, from AC replacement to water heater service. The combined-trade model suits households planning multi-system projects. Given the scale of the operation, customers should confirm appointment windows and get diagnoses in writing for complex jobs such as slab leaks.

Derek Sawyer's Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is a Modesto home-services company at 1001 Carver Rd covering cooling, heating, and plumbing for residential customers. The plumbing side includes water heaters, leak repairs, sewer inspections, and clog clearing, plus replacement of old plumbing and sewer systems. The HVAC side spans heating and air conditioning installation and repair, including ductless and split units, zoning systems, central HVAC, heat pumps, and energy-efficient systems. Trucks are described as fully stocked with parts so repairs can be completed on the visit. Reviews name technicians Judah, Alan, Leo, Esteban, Richard Samkas, and Chris Hayes, describing on-time arrivals, clear explanations of the work, and questions answered on the spot. Customers mention quick response times and jobs resolved after other companies could not fix them, with a few describing thorough inspections with no pressure to buy more. The company describes itself as locally operated with the owner involved in daily operations. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company for both HVAC and plumbing rather than coordinating two contractors. For households with an aging furnace or air conditioner, the system-replacement and maintenance-plan offering applies. Customers dealing with a stubborn problem other companies missed can use the diagnostic-focused review pattern as a signal.
