Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a Mesa plumbing and water-damage company at 7227 E Baseline Rd, operating around the clock for residential and commercial customers. Its plumbing services include drain cleaning and unclogging, high-pressure hydro-jetting, faucet and sink repairs, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, and sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement. It also handles water damage cleanup and mold remediation, covering both the repair and the restoration after a leak or backup. Review themes center on emergency responsiveness: customers describe technicians arriving promptly for clogged drains and sewer backups, with Andrea, Roman, and Grant named for explaining each step and leaving work areas clean. Speed earns specific praise, including one clog cleared in minutes. Some reviews felt pricing for smaller jobs was high relative to the parts involved — a candid note amid otherwise consistent praise for communication and workmanship. This is a fit for Mesa homeowners facing urgent drain, sewer, or water-damage problems who want one company to handle the repair and the cleanup. The combination of drain services, hydro-jetting, and water-damage restoration suits flooding events, backups, and major leaks where remediation matters as much as the fix. For southeast Mesa residents, the 24-hour schedule lines up with late-night and weekend emergency needs.

Sweet Dreams Plumbing is a Mesa-based plumbing company specializing in water heater repair and replacement, leak detection, drains, and water treatment products including softeners, filters, purifiers, and water testing. Based at 8009 E Cicero St in Mesa, it serves Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and nearby communities. It operates weekday hours, 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, keeping a focused residential schedule rather than around-the-clock availability. The review record is built around water heater jobs. Customers describe calling with a small leak and getting a callback within 15 to 20 minutes, with Dan arriving within a couple of hours, giving an honest estimate, and replacing the unit the same visit after picking up the heater. Others report dead water heaters replaced the same day before out-of-town guests arrived, with Dan explaining the maintenance, improving access to the flush valve, and answering every question. Reviewers in the local community say Dan and Sweet Dreams are the first names people suggest when anyone asks for a plumber recommendation. Sweet Dreams fits homeowners facing a failed or aging water heater who need a same-day replacement and plain-English explanation of the work. It also suits households looking for water treatment solutions for Arizona's hard water, and East Valley residents who prefer an owner-operator style contractor over a dispatch-heavy company. Repeat customers make up a visible share of its business, suggesting it works for people who want one plumber they can call back.

Customers describe the company as honest, courteous, and fair on pricing, with particular praise for explaining what is happening and presenting options rather than pushing the most expensive fix. Superstition suits East Valley homeowners dealing with leaks, sewer problems, water treatment needs, or full-system diagnostics who want a contractor that checks pressure, supply, venting, and pipe condition before prescribing work. It fits people with hard-water damage to heaters and fixtures, older homes with galvanized or copper pipe issues, and landlords managing properties across multiple East Valley cities.
