Best Contractor in Mesa for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a Mesa plumbing and water-damage company at 7227 E Baseline Rd, operating around the clock for residential and commercial customers. Its plumbing services include drain cleaning and unclogging, high-pressure hydro-jetting, faucet and sink repairs, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, and sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement. It also handles water damage cleanup and mold remediation, covering both the repair and the restoration after a leak or backup. Review themes center on emergency responsiveness: customers describe technicians arriving promptly for clogged drains and sewer backups, with Andrea, Roman, and Grant named for explaining each step and leaving work areas clean. Speed earns specific praise, including one clog cleared in minutes. Some reviews felt pricing for smaller jobs was high relative to the parts involved — a candid note amid otherwise consistent praise for communication and workmanship. This is a fit for Mesa homeowners facing urgent drain, sewer, or water-damage problems who want one company to handle the repair and the cleanup. The combination of drain services, hydro-jetting, and water-damage restoration suits flooding events, backups, and major leaks where remediation matters as much as the fix. For southeast Mesa residents, the 24-hour schedule lines up with late-night and weekend emergency needs.

Kendall Plumbing & Rooter is a plumbing contractor in downtown Mesa at 123 N Centennial Way, operating 24 hours a day. Its services include sewer line clearing, water heater repair and replacement, toilet rebuilds, underground slab leak rerouting and repair, hose bib replacement, backflow preventers, kitchen and bathroom remodels, drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection and locating, high-pressure sewer jetting, instant hot water tanks, garbage disposals, dryer vent cleaning, reverse osmosis systems, and faucet installation and repair. It serves Maricopa and Pinal counties. Review themes emphasize reliability and straight dealing. Customers describe technicians who arrive when promised, explain the fix before starting, and avoid upselling unnecessary work — with Darren named for efficient drain work and Kendall himself noted for after-hours calls on commercial properties. A review thread praises the company for sewer backups resolved within the hour. A single older review reported a drain re-clogging shortly after snaking with a limited warranty window, a lone counterpoint in an otherwise steady record. This is a fit for homeowners and property managers who need sewer and drain work handled correctly the first time, from camera inspections to full sewer line clearing. The slab leak and rerouting capabilities suit older homes with underground piping problems, while the remodel services cover planned upgrades. For downtown Mesa and the wider East Valley, the 24-hour schedule and the pattern of no-pressure, on-time service make it a practical option for urgent backups and scheduled maintenance.
