Best Water softening equipment supplier in Columbus for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Columbus is the Bridgeway Avenue branch of the national plumbing brand, serving Columbus homes and businesses with plumbing, drain, sewer, and water cleanup services around the clock. Its trade range covers faucet and sink repair, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, complete sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement, drain cleaning, sump pump service, and emergency flood and water damage restoration. The dual plumbing-plus-restoration identity means one dispatch can handle both the burst pipe and the flooded basement it caused. Review themes name technicians across specialties: Seth Cline for walking a sewer-backup family through every mitigation step, Chris for multi-day water extraction work, Layla for responding within an hour to a laundry-flooding emergency, and Joshua Mack for a clearly explained sink clog repair. Customers note same-day arrivals, calls before arrival, and accurate quoted pricing. The record also shows friction on price — one reviewer felt the cost was high, though the job carried a warranty — and an occasional dispatcher scheduling mixup that was corrected the same day. This is a fit for Columbus homeowners facing water emergencies where plumbing repair and damage restoration need to happen together, since few competitors cover both. It suits buyers who prioritize guaranteed round-the-clock availability over boutique specialization. Anyone price-sensitive should ask for the written quote and warranty terms upfront, as the brand's pricing draws both praise for accuracy and criticism for level.

Parson Plumbing and Drains is a Columbus plumbing and drain cleaning company on Johnstown Road serving the greater Central Ohio region. Its listed offerings include sewer camera and location services, gas leak detection and repair, new gas pipe installation, fixture repair and installation, and catch drain work, alongside full-service plumbing for repairs and installations. Emergency service runs around the clock, including sump pump emergencies — a practical specialty in a metro where basements flood. The dominant review theme is second-opinion trust. One customer describes calling Parson after a competitor's alarming sewer quote, then receiving an honest assessment summed up as honest, professional, and trustworthy, with a leak fixed and a water heater installed in the same engagement. Reviewers note prompt arrivals, transparent pricing explained before work, and technicians who walk through each step of the job. The company presents itself as a full-service team rather than a drain-only shop, and the reviews support that breadth. This is a fit for Columbus homeowners who received a large quote elsewhere and want an independent second look before authorizing expensive sewer or gas work. It suits buyers who value technicians explaining the why behind a repair, since that is the recurring praise. Basement owners dealing with sump pump or flooding emergencies get a dedicated around-the-clock response line.
