Best Water damage restoration service in Baltimore for SameDay Service

American Water Damage of Baltimore is a water damage restoration company on Yellow Brick Road in Baltimore, not a plumbing contractor: it arrives after the water, not before the pipe. Its services include emergency water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, mold remediation with inspection, removal, and post-remediation verification, sewage cleanup, packout services, and reconstruction covering drywall installation and flooring replacement. It offers free inspections, operates 24 hours a day, and works with insurance companies on covered losses. Review themes highlight prompt emergency response, with same-day arrivals on urgent jobs, and staff members Lance and Jose are named for professionalism and care. Customers praise thorough communication, workers who call ahead and arrive on time, and teams that are pet-conscious on the job. Balanced against this are recorded complaints: one customer reports reconstruction debris and dust left behind with an incomplete cleanup, plus unreturned calls about finishing the work. The record shows strong field performance with occasional post-job follow-through gaps. This is a fit for Baltimore homeowners and businesses facing floods, leaks, mold, or sewage backups who need extraction, drying, and rebuild under one roof. The free-inspection offer and insurance-company experience make it relevant for covered claims where documentation matters. Customers may want to confirm the reconstruction cleanup scope in writing before work starts, given the complaint record, though most reviews report professional, efficient service.
