3 Best Furnace repair service in Baltimore for SameDay Service

Supreme Service Today is a heating, air conditioning, and plumbing company operating from Halethorpe and serving Baltimore and surrounding Baltimore County communities. Its stated services include air conditioning repair, HVAC system installation, furnace and heat pump repair, water heater service, drain cleaning, trenchless sewer replacement, geothermal systems, and indoor air quality solutions. The business lists 24-hour emergency service and same-day availability, with a moderate price level. Review themes center on fast emergency dispatch and patient explanations. One reviewer reports a technician arriving within an hour of a call on a very cold Saturday and restoring a failed boiler in about thirty minutes. Another describes same-day dispatch when a water heater failed, with the technician arriving on time and explaining the problem clearly. Technicians named across reviews include Zach, Youssef, Benyam, Joe, Will, Jonas, Quincy, Darryl, and Justin. Customers note graduated repair estimates and clear option rundowns rather than pressure tactics. This is a fit for Baltimore County homeowners who want one company covering both HVAC and plumbing, especially during weather-driven emergencies like a failed boiler on a cold weekend. The pattern of quick dispatch and detailed explanations suits customers comparing repair tiers before deciding. Households considering trenchless sewer replacement or indoor air quality work could use its stated specialization in those areas, while anyone facing a sudden water heater failure gets same-day dispatch coverage.

Abend Services is a plumbing and heating contractor at 407 Bon Air Ave in Baltimore, handling both plumbing and HVAC work. Its plumbing menu is unusually broad: leaky faucet, toilet, and pipe repair, garbage disposals, sump pumps, sewage ejector pits, laundry tubs, gas line installation and repair, tankless water heaters, well systems and well pumps, clogged drains and sewer lines, video pipe inspection, whole-house repiping, water leak detection, hose bibs, and flooded basement work. HVAC upgrades, heat pumps, and energy-efficient water heaters round out the offering. Emergency service runs around the clock. Reviewers describe same-night and even 30-minute arrivals, with technicians Dave and Ritchie and coordinator Katie named for clear communication, detailed explanations, and work areas left cleaner than found. Well system work and old-house plumbing come up repeatedly, including pressure switch and bladder tank replacements. One record describes a flat-rate pricing dispute, though the company responded that the price was agreed up front, so confirming the written quote before work starts is the lesson. This fits Baltimore homeowners with older houses, crawlspaces, and well systems who need a company comfortable with difficult access. Same-day and late-night breakdowns are the sweet spot. Anyone with a bigger HVAC-plus-plumbing project gets one contractor for both.

Michael & Son Services is a large home-services company at 6420 Erdman Ave covering plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, remodeling, and restoration across the Baltimore region. Its plumbing work includes water heater repair and replacement, sewer main clearing, drain and blockage clearing, leak repair, and general plumbing repairs, while the same company installs and services HVAC and electrical systems. It operates around the clock and serves Virginia, DC, North Carolina, and Maryland, with contractor records showing thousands of permits pulled over the years. Reviewers name technicians Elijah, Trey, Adam White, Abdul, Sherman, and Caleb Harper for thorough troubleshooting, clear explanations of the work ahead, and careful cleanup on messy jobs. Water heater replacements and emergency leak fixes get same-day visits. The record is mixed on the HVAC side, where some customers describe unclear tune-up inclusions or missing follow-ups, so getting the scope in writing is the practical lesson. This suits homeowners who want one company for plumbing plus HVAC and electrical, especially landlords managing multi-trade problems. Buyers comparing water heater quotes can expect same-day or next-day availability. Those scheduling HVAC maintenance should confirm exactly what the visit includes before the technician arrives.
