Best Heating contractor in Baltimore for SameDay Service

All Steamed Up Maryland, LLC is a heating contractor in Baltimore specializing in steam, hot water, and vapor heating systems, with its listed address on Harford Road in the Arcadia area. Its expertise covers boilers and radiators, including the restoration of classic cast-iron radiators, installation of modern high-efficiency boilers and tankless water heaters, and oil and gas burner service. Co-founder Frank advises homeowners on heating forums about steam systems, and the team includes technicians Nick and Gordon. The company keeps weekday office hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Review themes center on older steam systems other companies won't touch: Frank repaired an 80-year-old steam oil boiler over two days, fixing a leak and upgrading controls and venting, delivering near-replacement efficiency for a fraction of the cost. Nick educated another homeowner on options for a modern boiler in a 100-year-old home without pressure tactics. The record is not uniformly positive: one new-customer reviewer reports being told to call back later when seeking a service call, calling the company rude and dismissive. The negative appears to be about intake rather than workmanship. This is a fit for Baltimore homeowners with aging steam or hot water heat, radiators, or vintage boilers that mainstream HVAC companies recommend replacing outright. Owners of older row homes and century homes could find its repair-first philosophy financially significant. New customers may want to persist past the first scheduling contact, given the one reported intake friction, since the work itself earns strong praise.
