Rescue One Air Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is a Tempe-based home services company that covers both HVAC and plumbing work for homes and businesses. Its cooling and heating side handles air conditioner and furnace repairs, split-system installations, heat pump and air handler systems, electric and gas furnaces, and ductless or mini-split units, along with routine maintenance and tune-ups. On the plumbing side it offers inspections, installations, and replacements, while its duct services cover air duct cleaning, sealing, and repair. The company advertises round-the-clock availability for urgent breakdowns. Customer feedback centers on its field technicians, with reviewers naming Alex, Jason, Darren, and Wayne. Common threads include a Sunday service call after a storm, after-hours trips to restore service, and technicians who wear boot covers indoors and take time to explain what they found. Repeat customers describe years of maintenance visits and loyalty built through consistent, communicative service. The company fits homeowners who want one provider for both comfort systems and plumbing, particularly when an air conditioner fails during a Phoenix summer or a plumbing issue cannot wait for business hours. Its maintenance offerings suit households that prefer scheduled tune-ups, while its installation work targets owners replacing aging systems. Service is concentrated in the Phoenix metro area, with its Tempe office serving the East Valley.

AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services is a combined air conditioning and plumbing contractor anchored at 1331 E Carmen St in south Tempe, serving Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, and the surrounding Valley with claimed 24/7 and same-day availability. The HVAC side covers AC installation, repair, and maintenance, heating system service, and thermostat and ductwork work; the plumbing side covers water heater replacement, leak detection, drain cleaning, toilets, faucets, and general pipe repairs. Customer feedback names owner Oded and install lead Joey, with Daniel and others handling field repairs, and recurring themes include technicians who explain the problem before quoting, no-pressure recommendations, and fast turnarounds when AC systems fail in extreme heat. Reviewers describe jobs such as a landlord getting a water heater installed for a renter the next business day after a weekend call, a same-day leak investigation and repair, and late-evening troubleshooting — one customer describes an 11 p.m. Friday visit that led to a new Trane split system installed by Sunday morning. One outlier review reports a quote that grew once the technician arrived and careless handling of a vent, a reminder that pricing and scope should be confirmed in writing. Distinct from other listings under the same brand name in Chandler, this Tempe operation reads as a single-shop contractor built for households that want one company covering both cooling and plumbing emergencies.

Collins Comfort Masters is a multi-trade home services company based at 102 W Julie Dr in south Tempe, serving the Phoenix Valley with claimed 24/7 availability. The company covers plumbing, air conditioning installation and repair, heating and furnace service, duct cleaning, drainage, and water softeners and filtration — a broad scope that includes Lennox heat pump installs, dual-zone mini splits, water softener installation and maintenance, water heater flushes, gas valve replacement, and faucet repairs. Technicians named across reviews include Tim, Chase, Jesus, Dan, Saul, and Steve, with recurring themes of thorough explanations, photo documentation of findings, and communicative scheduling. Several customers report coming to the company through a Costco referral program, and review narratives describe one-day installs of replacement heat pump systems, new smart thermostats fitted alongside duct work, and careful attention to protecting water-softener investments. The company also handles repeat business across trades — one customer reports using it first for plumbing and later for a gas valve. Two critical reviews merit caution: one describes a costly replacement recommendation the reviewer later regretted, and another reports a missed evening appointment and a high replacement quote, suggesting estimates should be compared and scheduling confirmed. For Valley homeowners, Collins reads as a one-call option for comfort systems, water treatment, and plumbing alike, with the usual caveat to get a second quote on big-ticket installs.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is the Tempe branch of the national Roto-Rooter network, based on West Greentree Drive and operating around the clock. The branch covers the full plumbing trade plus drainage and water cleanup: drain and sewer cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, backflow repair and inspection, garbage-disposal services, and same-day plumbing repair. It also handles toilet repair and replacement, faucet and sink repairs, water-heater repair and replacement, pipe replacement, and clogged-drain repair. The Water Cleanup half of the name reflects water-damage restoration and cleanup for sewage and water backups. Customer accounts at the Tempe branch emphasize emergency speed: reviewers describe technicians arriving within an hour or two of calling, including on Sundays and holidays, and completing sewer backups and leaking water-heater jobs the same day. Named technicians recur in accounts praising clear explanations of the problem and the fix, careful cleanup after the work, and practical advice on preventing repeat issues. Balanced note: a few customers felt brief visits were expensive relative to the time on site, though they credited the quick diagnosis and effective repairs. Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup suits Tempe and East Valley homeowners and property managers facing drains, sewers, and water backups — the branch's heaviest-reviewed work. Around-the-clock operation plus same-day repair positioning makes it a natural call for emergencies that cannot wait for weekday scheduling, from overflowing fixtures to sewage backups. The national brand backing combined with a local Tempe crew gives customers standardized processes with neighborhood-level dispatch.

All Time Leak Detection of Phoenix is a Tempe-based leak detection company serving the greater Phoenix Valley from W 1st St. The core service is finding hidden water leaks — behind walls, under slabs, and along water lines — with the goal of giving homeowners and their plumbers an accurate, repairable diagnosis. Offerings also include repipe and reroute solutions, water shut-off assistance, drain unclogging, and gas leak detection. The company's own description frames it as a family-run business covering floods, leaks, and anything water-related across the Valley. Leak detection specialists fill a specific gap in the market: many plumbers repair, but locating a hidden leak requires dedicated diagnostic equipment and technique, and an accurate find saves the customer from exploratory demolition. The business operates with extended hours for urgent leak situations. This is a fit for Valley homeowners and property managers facing suspected hidden leaks who need the source pinpointed before repair work begins. Insurance claims and restoration projects benefit from the documented diagnosis. Households with an obvious, accessible plumbing problem can go straight to a repair plumber; those staring at a mystery water bill need the detection-first approach.

Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair is a Tempe-based plumbing company with a second location in Phoenix, focused on drains, sewers, and water systems. Services span general plumbing, drain and sewer cleaning, pipe bursting, water heater work, leak detection, water treatment, and emergency plumbing. Trenchless sewer repair is a signature offering, restoring pipes from the inside without tearing up landscaping or driveways. Review themes highlight speed and honesty: technicians arriving hours early for a water shutoff emergency, camera inspections shown to the customer before and after descaling and hydrojetting, and sewer re-lining crews that leave no trace of digging. The company guarantees on-time arrival within the scheduled hour, backing it with a bill credit if a technician is late. Older Tempe homes with aging pipes and slab leaks are a recurring job type. This is a fit for Tempe and Phoenix homeowners facing sewer line problems who want to avoid excavation — trenchless lining and pipe bursting solve the issue with minimal disruption. Households with hard-water buildup affecting fixtures and water heaters get the water treatment angle. For rental property owners, the documented camera work provides a clear record of what was done.

ASAP Plumbing is a Tempe-based plumbing company operating around the clock from West Warner Road, specializing in whole-home repipes, sewers and drains, camera and video inspection, leak detection, slab leaks, water treatment, and tankless water heater installations. It advertises less-than-60-minute emergency response when available, with upfront pricing and service across the Valley from Tempe to Avondale, Scottsdale, Surprise, and Queen Creek. This listing covers the brand's Tempe home base; a separate north Phoenix listing appears under the same name. Reviewers describe striking response times: Erikc arrived within half an hour of a 7:30 PM whole-house backup call and had the problem solved in under an hour, explaining things repeatedly until the customer understood. Other named technicians include Eddie, Danny Ibarra, Ryan, Jerry, Issac, Tim, Vlad, Paul, Justin, Rob, Victor, and Jesse, praised for early arrivals, same-day water heater swaps, and sewer scopes for home purchases. A few reviewers note occasional follow-up delays. This is a fit for East Valley homeowners whose priority is speed — the re-pipe and sewer specialization plus sub-hour emergency dispatch suits urgent backups and whole-house projects alike.

Emergency Plumber Of Tempe is an emergency-focused plumbing operation in South Tempe built around 24-hour, same-day response for residential and commercial calls. It handles burst pipes, severe leaks, clogged drains, water heater failures, and sewer line problems, triaging requests within minutes of first contact and dispatching a plumber fast, often within the hour. The business is positioned for Tempe homeowners who cannot wait until morning, from rentals near ASU to neighborhoods across the south side of the city. Its service specialties include electronic slab-leak location, whole-home repiping of copper and cast iron, and water heater installation and flushing designed for the area's hard water, which wears heaters and fixtures out early. It also installs water softeners and takes on repipe and leak-detection work in older housing stock. Coverage extends across Tempe and into Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and Scottsdale, with the same around-the-clock availability whether the call comes at noon or midnight. This is a fit for anyone facing an active plumbing emergency in Tempe who needs a crew dispatched today rather than a scheduled appointment tomorrow. Homeowners with slab leaks, failed water heaters, or burst pipes in hard-water territory benefit most, since the business's core pitch is speed: a dispatcher answers at any hour and a technician arrives to stop the damage and make the repair.

Cactus Plumbing And Air operates its Tempe branch at 425 S McClintock Dr, distinct from the company's Phoenix branch listing. Cactus is a multi-office Arizona contractor — Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Scottsdale, Sun City, Phoenix, Chandler — offering emergency plumbing repairs, pipe replacement, drain cleaning, water heater installation, repair, and replacement, sump pump work, tub and faucet installation and repair, whole-house and partial PEX re-piping, sewer lines and excavation, and advanced water treatment, plus HVAC services. Free estimates and 24/7 emergency calls are advertised. A Scottsdale branch is listed at 6730 E McDowell Rd. Fast emergency response dominates the review themes: one technician arrived within two hours on a Sunday and unblocked a sewer line in fifteen minutes, with same-day consultations even after hours. Technicians Eddie and Bobby are named positively for courteous, quick diagnosis and fair pricing. Pricing is described as moderate and fair overall. One negative review describes a simple hot-supply-line reroute taking four visits with issues remaining. This fits Tempe and east Valley homeowners who want fast emergency plumbing response from a large multi-branch company. Customers needing re-pipes, water heaters, or sewer work get the full-service lineup through this branch. The emergency-response theme suits urgent calls, while the single negative account suggests confirming scope on complex reroutes. Booking the Tempe branch keeps dispatch local.

Service Experts Tempe is the Tempe branch of the national Service Experts chain, located at 2922 S Roosevelt St in Tempe. As a corporate franchise location, it offers heating, AC installation, repair, and maintenance, furnaces, plus plumbing repairs, water heater installation and repair, tankless water heater service, shower and tub drain work, and water pressure and valve work. Same-day appointments and a company guarantee are advertised. The profile reads as a local branch of a national brand rather than an independent shop. Named technicians include Daniel, Howard, Hunter, Juan, Collin, Max, Mark, Jordan, Lucas, Jesus, Rene, William, Cole, Hayden, Ruben, Chris, Mel, and Sam. Themes include same-day appointments with early arrivals, honest diagnostics — Max caught a bad contact and saved a customer from a four-thousand-dollar-plus furnace replacement — and Mark installing a water heater the same morning after an overnight failure. Reviews across the corporate materials appear syndicated from a shared feed, so individual-review provenance is soft. This fits Tempe homeowners who want the backing of a national brand with same-day scheduling and a large technician bench. Customers facing big-ticket HVAC decisions benefit from the honest-diagnostic theme. Those who prefer independent shops may find the corporate structure less personal. Booking the Tempe branch directly keeps service local to the east Valley.
