5 Best HVAC contractor in Tempe for SameDay Service

Rescue One Air Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is a Tempe-based home services company that covers both HVAC and plumbing work for homes and businesses. Its cooling and heating side handles air conditioner and furnace repairs, split-system installations, heat pump and air handler systems, electric and gas furnaces, and ductless or mini-split units, along with routine maintenance and tune-ups. On the plumbing side it offers inspections, installations, and replacements, while its duct services cover air duct cleaning, sealing, and repair. The company advertises round-the-clock availability for urgent breakdowns. Customer feedback centers on its field technicians, with reviewers naming Alex, Jason, Darren, and Wayne. Common threads include a Sunday service call after a storm, after-hours trips to restore service, and technicians who wear boot covers indoors and take time to explain what they found. Repeat customers describe years of maintenance visits and loyalty built through consistent, communicative service. The company fits homeowners who want one provider for both comfort systems and plumbing, particularly when an air conditioner fails during a Phoenix summer or a plumbing issue cannot wait for business hours. Its maintenance offerings suit households that prefer scheduled tune-ups, while its installation work targets owners replacing aging systems. Service is concentrated in the Phoenix metro area, with its Tempe office serving the East Valley.

AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services is a combined air conditioning and plumbing contractor anchored at 1331 E Carmen St in south Tempe, serving Tempe, Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, and the surrounding Valley with claimed 24/7 and same-day availability. The HVAC side covers AC installation, repair, and maintenance, heating system service, and thermostat and ductwork work; the plumbing side covers water heater replacement, leak detection, drain cleaning, toilets, faucets, and general pipe repairs. Customer feedback names owner Oded and install lead Joey, with Daniel and others handling field repairs, and recurring themes include technicians who explain the problem before quoting, no-pressure recommendations, and fast turnarounds when AC systems fail in extreme heat. Reviewers describe jobs such as a landlord getting a water heater installed for a renter the next business day after a weekend call, a same-day leak investigation and repair, and late-evening troubleshooting — one customer describes an 11 p.m. Friday visit that led to a new Trane split system installed by Sunday morning. One outlier review reports a quote that grew once the technician arrived and careless handling of a vent, a reminder that pricing and scope should be confirmed in writing. Distinct from other listings under the same brand name in Chandler, this Tempe operation reads as a single-shop contractor built for households that want one company covering both cooling and plumbing emergencies.

Collins Comfort Masters is a multi-trade home services company based at 102 W Julie Dr in south Tempe, serving the Phoenix Valley with claimed 24/7 availability. The company covers plumbing, air conditioning installation and repair, heating and furnace service, duct cleaning, drainage, and water softeners and filtration — a broad scope that includes Lennox heat pump installs, dual-zone mini splits, water softener installation and maintenance, water heater flushes, gas valve replacement, and faucet repairs. Technicians named across reviews include Tim, Chase, Jesus, Dan, Saul, and Steve, with recurring themes of thorough explanations, photo documentation of findings, and communicative scheduling. Several customers report coming to the company through a Costco referral program, and review narratives describe one-day installs of replacement heat pump systems, new smart thermostats fitted alongside duct work, and careful attention to protecting water-softener investments. The company also handles repeat business across trades — one customer reports using it first for plumbing and later for a gas valve. Two critical reviews merit caution: one describes a costly replacement recommendation the reviewer later regretted, and another reports a missed evening appointment and a high replacement quote, suggesting estimates should be compared and scheduling confirmed. For Valley homeowners, Collins reads as a one-call option for comfort systems, water treatment, and plumbing alike, with the usual caveat to get a second quote on big-ticket installs.

Service Experts Tempe is the Tempe branch of the national Service Experts chain, located at 2922 S Roosevelt St in Tempe. As a corporate franchise location, it offers heating, AC installation, repair, and maintenance, furnaces, plus plumbing repairs, water heater installation and repair, tankless water heater service, shower and tub drain work, and water pressure and valve work. Same-day appointments and a company guarantee are advertised. The profile reads as a local branch of a national brand rather than an independent shop. Named technicians include Daniel, Howard, Hunter, Juan, Collin, Max, Mark, Jordan, Lucas, Jesus, Rene, William, Cole, Hayden, Ruben, Chris, Mel, and Sam. Themes include same-day appointments with early arrivals, honest diagnostics — Max caught a bad contact and saved a customer from a four-thousand-dollar-plus furnace replacement — and Mark installing a water heater the same morning after an overnight failure. Reviews across the corporate materials appear syndicated from a shared feed, so individual-review provenance is soft. This fits Tempe homeowners who want the backing of a national brand with same-day scheduling and a large technician bench. Customers facing big-ticket HVAC decisions benefit from the honest-diagnostic theme. Those who prefer independent shops may find the corporate structure less personal. Booking the Tempe branch directly keeps service local to the east Valley.

Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling is an HVAC contractor based at 722 S Perry Ln in Tempe, Arizona, focused on air conditioning and heating service for homes. Its listed services include air conditioning repair and replacement, heating repair, air duct cleaning, attic ventilation, and indoor air quality work. The company also advertises HVAC upgrades, radiant floor systems, whole-house fans, and energy-efficient equipment, along with maintenance tune-ups and free replacement quotes. Its stated service area covers Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia. The company presents itself as a long-established contractor, advertising operations stretching back to 1947, with weekday office hours and weekends closed. Review summaries describe technicians as knowledgeable and professional, with several customers highlighting quick responses and fair pricing. The company's own listings emphasize certified technicians and a focus on cost-effective solutions rather than unnecessary replacements. Its profile also lists commercial work and new-construction projects alongside residential repair, with emergency service advertised. Some aggregator pages carry conflicting service-area or emergency-service details that appear to reflect aggregator error rather than the company itself. This is a fit for homeowners comparing full-system replacements who want a quote process that includes indoor air quality and efficiency options, not just an equipment swap. The wide service area makes it practical for residents across the East Valley and North Valley. Because hours are limited to weekdays, it suits planned repairs and installations more than middle-of-the-night emergencies.
