Best Air conditioning repair service in Southaven for SameDay Service

Desoto Air & Plumbing LLC is a Southaven, Mississippi home services company at 5779 Getwell Road covering both plumbing and HVAC. Its plumbing work includes water heater replacement, leak detection, drain and sewer repair, and leak detectors, while the HVAC side handles AC installation and repair, furnace installation, indoor air quality upgrades, and home generators. The company is a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer offering 24/7 emergency service, with hours of 7 AM to 9 PM weekdays, Saturday mornings, and Sunday afternoons. Reviews name technicians Patrick, Brandon, Luke, Joey, Danny, and Eli across accounts of AC installs, gas leak calls, and emergency valve repairs. One customer describes Desoto Air giving an honest second opinion that found no issue where another company quoted a pricey attic repair, then doing the warranty legwork to replace a failed condenser by Monday morning after the original installer went out of business. A Sunday after-hours visit on a holiday weekend also appears. On the critical side, one lengthy review disputes a slab leak invoice as far out of proportion to a small pinhole repair completed in under an hour, a pricing-perception note worth carrying into comparisons. This is a fit for DeSoto and Marshall County homeowners who want plumbing and HVAC from one shop, particularly customers who value second opinions and warranty follow-through. The Trane dealership suits owners planning full system replacements. The pricing criticism makes it reasonable for customers to confirm written estimates before authorizing larger plumbing repairs.
