Best Heating contractor in Southaven for SameDay Service

Desoto Air & Plumbing LLC is a Southaven, Mississippi home services company at 5779 Getwell Road covering both plumbing and HVAC. Its plumbing work includes water heater replacement, leak detection, drain and sewer repair, and leak detectors, while the HVAC side handles AC installation and repair, furnace installation, indoor air quality upgrades, and home generators. The company is a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer offering 24/7 emergency service, with hours of 7 AM to 9 PM weekdays, Saturday mornings, and Sunday afternoons. Reviews name technicians Patrick, Brandon, Luke, Joey, Danny, and Eli across accounts of AC installs, gas leak calls, and emergency valve repairs. One customer describes Desoto Air giving an honest second opinion that found no issue where another company quoted a pricey attic repair, then doing the warranty legwork to replace a failed condenser by Monday morning after the original installer went out of business. A Sunday after-hours visit on a holiday weekend also appears. On the critical side, one lengthy review disputes a slab leak invoice as far out of proportion to a small pinhole repair completed in under an hour, a pricing-perception note worth carrying into comparisons. This is a fit for DeSoto and Marshall County homeowners who want plumbing and HVAC from one shop, particularly customers who value second opinions and warranty follow-through. The Trane dealership suits owners planning full system replacements. The pricing criticism makes it reasonable for customers to confirm written estimates before authorizing larger plumbing repairs.

Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, & Air is a Southaven, Mississippi contractor on US-51 covering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning across DeSoto County and the greater Memphis area. Its plumbing lineup covers inspection, installation, and repair of residential systems plus water heater work, while the HVAC side handles system installation and replacement, repairs, furnace work, air duct cleaning, and indoor air quality. A club membership program offers ongoing maintenance coverage for members' systems. Review themes are strong on the HVAC side and solid overall. Technician Michael is repeatedly named for courteous, professional inspections with repair options priced below competing quotes, and for scheduling repairs right away. Chase earns praise for fast plumbing fixes — one customer describes a weeks-long clog cleared in ten minutes. Water heater installs get attention-to-detail praise from customers who describe technicians checking everything before leaving. The record is not spotless: one reviewer describes a water heater gas valve job where the repair quote felt inflated and the technician pushed a full replacement instead, and pricing complaints surface occasionally alongside the praise. Mitch Wright is a fit for DeSoto County homeowners who want one contractor for plumbing and HVAC, particularly those weighing a full system replacement with multiple quote options. The maintenance club suits owners who prefer scheduled tune-ups and inspections handled for them. Customers comparing bids benefit from asking for itemized repair and replacement quotes side by side, since pricing is the one point where reviewer experiences diverge.
