Best Water softening equipment supplier in Scottsdale for SameDay Service

Neighborhood Plumber & Drain Service is a Scottsdale plumbing company centered on drains, with drain cleaning as its signature work alongside general plumbing repair. Its listed capabilities include drain unclogging with snake equipment and water jetting, camera inspections to confirm lines are fully cleared, leak detection, and water heater service including tankless unit flushes. The company also handles toilet installations, fixture work, pipe replacements such as swapping out old galvanized piping, and water softening equipment, and it schedules standard weekday hours with Saturday availability and Sundays closed. Customers describe owner Forrest Hendershot as hands-on, answering inquiries himself and dispatching technician Robert for jobs. Scheduling can be handled by text, and reviewers repeatedly praise transparent pricing, punctual arrivals, and clear explanations of the diagnosis before work begins. Drain jobs get specific praise: correctly diagnosing the clog on the first pass and verifying the result with a camera. One customer reported a quote far below a competitor's price for the same pipe work, and repeat business plus referrals to friends and family come up across the review record. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with slow or blocked drains, tankless water heater maintenance, and mid-project plumbing repairs such as those tied to bathroom remodels. It suits customers who like dealing directly with the owner rather than a call center, and who want the problem and the quote explained before any wrench turns.
