3 Best Repair service in Scottsdale for SameDay Service

Techcool AC Repair Scottsdale is a Scottsdale multi-trade shop at 12932 E Appaloosa Pl whose core is HVAC — AC repair and installation, heating, and heat pumps — with real plumbing work documented in reviews: faucet changes, toilet and clog fixes, slab-leak reroute and repipe, waterline leak work, and HVAC control-board troubleshooting. It also appears as "Techcool Heating Repair Phoenix" at the same address. A data flag: the web address in the row record belongs to a different TechCool in North Las Vegas, Nevada — it must not be used for this Scottsdale firm, which has no published materials of its own. Technicians German and Andres are named across reviews. German honored a quoted price on a difficult faucet removal and checked for leaks; Andres fixed an HVAC control board for under five hundred dollars where another firm quoted twenty-five hundred — an honesty theme. Repeat themes include same-day response, affordable pricing, response within hours, and honored original quotes. The review footprint on local directories is solid even without company-published materials. This fits Scottsdale homeowners who want an HVAC-first contractor that can also handle real plumbing jobs like slab-leak repipes and waterline repairs. Customers burned by inflated quotes elsewhere align with the honesty theme. The same-day response pattern suits urgent calls. Anyone needing the company's credentials should ask directly, since there are no company-published materials and the row's listed web address belongs to an unrelated Nevada firm.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a plumbing and water-damage restoration company in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a shop on East Evans Road. Its services cover drain cleaning, sewer line inspection, repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, faucet and toilet repairs, hydro-jetting, and backflow inspection. It also handles water cleanup and restoration after leaks or flooding. Emergency calls are answered around the clock, and appointments can be scheduled the same day. Reviewers mention technicians Andrea, Roman, Grant, and Mason, describing fast same-day or same-hour arrivals for clogs and backups. Customers praise clear explanations of what was found and done, plus courtesy and care for the home. The record includes one detailed account of a toilet replacement that dragged on for weeks without resolution and was eventually finished by the customer, a reminder to pin down timelines on replacement jobs. This is a fit for Scottsdale and surrounding Maricopa and Pinal County homeowners facing urgent clogs, sewer backups, or water damage who need someone available immediately. The combination of drain work and water restoration under one roof helps when a backup has already caused damage. A few reviewers note big-company pricing hesitation, so getting the estimate in writing before work starts helps.

Merit Plumbing Services is a plumbing company in South Scottsdale, Arizona, on North Scottsdale Road, serving residential and commercial clients across Scottsdale and the surrounding Valley, including Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and Paradise Valley. Its services include pipe repair and installation, drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, backflow preventers, bathtub installation, and whole-home repiping. Hours are weekday mornings and evenings plus Saturday mornings, with Sundays closed. Reviews frequently describe prompt responses to emergencies, including calls that kept a business open during plumbing failures. A named contact, Michael DeFrates, is praised for prompt, professional, tidy work on tankless water heater issues. Customers mention multi-year relationships for tankless heater servicing, detailed explanations, and fair pricing compared against other bids. A small share of negative reviews exists in the record, mostly about scheduling or follow-through, so confirming appointment details helps. This is a fit for Scottsdale homeowners and businesses that want a smaller shop for water heater work, especially tankless systems, and general plumbing. The emergency-response pattern suits business owners who need failures handled fast. Saturday morning hours work for routine jobs, while Sunday closures mean planning around that day.
