5 Best HVAC contractor in Scottsdale for SameDay Service

Techcool AC Repair Scottsdale is a Scottsdale multi-trade shop at 12932 E Appaloosa Pl whose core is HVAC — AC repair and installation, heating, and heat pumps — with real plumbing work documented in reviews: faucet changes, toilet and clog fixes, slab-leak reroute and repipe, waterline leak work, and HVAC control-board troubleshooting. It also appears as "Techcool Heating Repair Phoenix" at the same address. A data flag: the web address in the row record belongs to a different TechCool in North Las Vegas, Nevada — it must not be used for this Scottsdale firm, which has no published materials of its own. Technicians German and Andres are named across reviews. German honored a quoted price on a difficult faucet removal and checked for leaks; Andres fixed an HVAC control board for under five hundred dollars where another firm quoted twenty-five hundred — an honesty theme. Repeat themes include same-day response, affordable pricing, response within hours, and honored original quotes. The review footprint on local directories is solid even without company-published materials. This fits Scottsdale homeowners who want an HVAC-first contractor that can also handle real plumbing jobs like slab-leak repipes and waterline repairs. Customers burned by inflated quotes elsewhere align with the honesty theme. The same-day response pattern suits urgent calls. Anyone needing the company's credentials should ask directly, since there are no company-published materials and the row's listed web address belongs to an unrelated Nevada firm.

Semper Fi Heating and Cooling is a Scottsdale HVAC-first contractor at 16674 N 91st St whose categories also include plumbing and water softening equipment. Its core work is air-conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance, furnace repair, heating, air duct cleaning, and home ventilation systems; water heater repair and flushing appear in reviews as the plumbing-side offering. A second listing exists in Mesa, possibly a branch or duplicate. The company name references the Marine Corps motto, and its own description offers a twenty-percent discount to military veterans, self-stated. The company carries a substantial review base centered on HVAC. Themes include professional and knowledgeable technicians, honest assessments with no upselling, transparent upfront pricing, and warranties on service. Plumbing-specific review detail is sparse — most documented jobs are cooling and heating work. The review record reads as a strong HVAC contractor with plumbing as a secondary capability. This fits Valley homeowners who want an HVAC contractor first — AC installs, repairs, and duct work — with water heater and basic plumbing capability available. Veterans benefit from the self-advertised discount. Customers seeking a dedicated plumber for drain, sewer, or repipe work should look to a plumbing-first shop instead, since the documented expertise here is heating and cooling.

AC by J is a Scottsdale home-services company at 7595 E Gray Rd in the Scottsdale Airpark offering full-service plumbing alongside heating, cooling, electrical, and water softening. Its plumbing work covers leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repairs, and pipe replacement. It operates around the clock and self-identifies as an official Daikin partner. Its service area spans the greater Phoenix Valley — Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, New River, Rio Verde, Sun City, Surprise, and Goodyear. The company has a large review base. Technician Mikey Genchi is named positively for diagnosis and response, and reviewers praise respectful, on-time technicians who wear shoe booties. Pricing is a recurring sore point: one review calls the bill for a pinhole-leak copper repair plus drywall patch — roughly a thousand dollars — far too high. Scheduling can also lag — one routine-maintenance caller was offered a slot two months out. Service-call response times draw praise even as advance booking stretches. This fits Valley homeowners who want one company for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and water softening rather than juggling contractors. Customers needing urgent service calls benefit from the fast response theme; those booking routine maintenance should plan ahead given the booking backlog. Anyone price-sensitive should get the quote in writing, since pricing draws the most criticism. The broad service list suits landlords and property managers covering multiple systems.

AZ Home Services Group AC Repair & Plumbing Services of Scottsdale is a combined heating, cooling, and plumbing company based in North Scottsdale, serving Old Town, South Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch, McCormick Ranch, Troon North, and Desert Mountain. Its plumbing side handles leaking faucets, clogged drains, water heaters including Navien, Rinnai, and Rheem tankless installations, slab leaks, and toilet installations, with same-day service for leaks, clogs, and emergencies. The HVAC side covers air conditioning repair and installation of central and mini-split systems from Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Trane, and Rheem, plus maintenance, duct cleaning, and heating service, with 24-hour availability. Reviews show a pattern of fast response: weekend help for a broken hose bib replaced quickly, and a main water line leak in a high ceiling repaired cleanly at a reasonable price. Technicians are described as thorough, explaining what is being done and why, without pushing unnecessary new equipment. One reviewer names Michael Bear for arriving exactly on schedule and fixing a vanity leak efficiently, and the company reports response times of under an hour on some Scottsdale calls. This is a fit for homeowners who want one company covering both their air conditioning and their plumbing, a natural pairing in the Arizona desert where summer AC failures and water emergencies both demand speed. It suits customers comparing installers for tankless water heaters or new AC systems, and anyone who prefers technicians who explain the repair before starting it.

Collins Commercial Services is a multi-trade contractor headquartered at 16413 N 91st St in Scottsdale, serving Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Nevada. Its trades include plumbing — tank and tankless water heaters, drain clearing, garbage disposals, sinks and faucets, and major drain-line replacement — plus HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and facility management. It serves both commercial and residential customers and describes itself as an owner-operated company. Weekday hours run eight to five with Saturday coverage. Named technicians include Diego, Brian, Tanner, Eric, Carl, John, and David. Themes include same-day service on residential calls — one reviewer describes a same-day water heater stopgap plus install — straightforward estimates, prompt arrivals, thorough explanations, and clean finishes. One negative review describes poor phone customer service with long holds and unhelpful reception. Aggregator claims about founding year, headcount, and revenue were treated skeptically and excluded. This fits commercial facility managers and residential customers in the Valley who want a single contractor across plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration. Property managers with multi-site needs benefit from the four-state footprint. Customers needing same-day residential response align with the review themes, though booking through the phone system may require patience given the reception complaint. The facility-management arm suits businesses wanting scheduled maintenance coverage.
