Platinum Services Plumbing
No SameDay responsePlatinum Services Plumbing is an owner-led plumbing shop in Scottsdale, Arizona, operating from East San Miguel Avenue. Its services include pipe repair and installation, drain cleaning and repair, water heater services, faucet repairs, outdoor spigot replacement, and whole-house water filtration and reverse-osmosis system installation. Emergency plumbing is available 24 hours a day, and free estimates are offered. Reviews center on Andrew, the owner, who is repeatedly named for communicating directly with customers, giving exact appointment times rather than long arrival windows, and providing fair upfront pricing. Customers describe prompt same-day responses for clogs, professional RO and water heater work, and homes left clean. Multiple customers say they now treat him as their regular plumber. This is a fit for Scottsdale homeowners who prefer dealing directly with the person doing the work rather than navigating a large company. The same-day appointment pattern suits urgent clogs, leaks, and water heater trouble. It also suits people adding water filtration or RO systems, given the volume of reviews for that work. Since it is a small shop, confirming availability ahead of time for larger remodel projects is worth doing.
