Best Air conditioning repair service in Sacramento for SameDay Service

Clarke & Rush Mechanical - HVAC, Plumbing & Windows is a Sacramento home services company based on Auburn Boulevard, serving Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Lincoln, Rocklin, and surrounding areas. Its plumbing division covers sewer line cleaning with hydro-jetting, sump pump repairs and installations, water heater repair and replacement, gas line work, faucet and garbage disposal replacements, and emergency plumbing visits with technicians described as available around the clock. Beyond plumbing, the company does HVAC installation and repair, window replacement, insulation, and roof restoration treatments. Review themes highlight breadth and price: one customer had a breaker switch swapped and a water heater estimate done by two technicians in a single visit, noting the bids came in consistently lower than other well-known companies. Technicians Brenden, Stanley, and Mike are named for polite, knowledgeable, on-time service, and annual water heater service plans appear among repeat bookings. The company positions itself as a Carrier factory-authorized dealer with NATE-certified technicians. This is a fit for Sacramento homeowners who want one company covering plumbing, heating, cooling, windows, and more — especially water heater replacements and sewer cleaning where a single visit can bundle multiple trades. The lower-bid pattern suits comparison shoppers. Customers who prefer a plumbing-only specialist may find the multi-trade operation less focused for single-trade jobs.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a combined HVAC and plumbing contractor based on Cottage Way in Sacramento, operating around the clock with two-hour service windows. On the plumbing side it handles drain clearing, water heater installation and repair — including tankless units and recirculating pumps — sewer main clearing, and leak work. On the comfort side it installs, services, and repairs air conditioning, heat pumps, and heating systems for residential and commercial customers, with energy-efficient upgrades such as tankless water heaters and Wi-Fi thermostats. The company notes participation in SMUD rebate and REEL financing programs for qualifying work. Reviewers describe quick, courteous service: one backed-up kitchen sink was handled same-afternoon by a technician named Skyler, and others name Pedro, Chris, Ronnie, and Alyx for detailed explanations and tidy cleanup. Plumbing diagnostics and estimates are stated as free, and the company also takes commercial jobs. On the negative side, one reviewer alleges a very large replacement quote after an inspection visit, which suggests getting a second opinion before approving big-ticket replacements is sensible. The company fits homeowners who want one contractor for both plumbing and heating-and-cooling issues, and those planning efficiency upgrades like tankless water heaters or smart thermostats. Its around-the-clock availability suits urgent no-heat, no-cool, and no-hot-water situations alike. For any large replacement proposal, asking for the quote in writing and comparing it against one other estimate is the practical move.
