6 Best Air conditioning repair service in Sacramento for SameDay Service

Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a Sacramento HVAC and plumbing company based on National Drive, part of the ARS/Rescue Rooter network, serving residential, new construction, and light commercial customers across the Greater Sacramento area with 24/7 availability. Its plumbing services include drain cleaning, sewer line repair and inspection, water heater repair, water softener repair, toilet repair, sump pump repair, and garbage disposal repair. The HVAC side covers air conditioning and furnace repair and installation, heat pumps, thermostats, air handlers, dehumidifiers, and air cleaners. Review themes are mixed: many praise knowledgeable, courteous technicians — Horacio for a thorough sewer inspection with a detailed report and recommendations, Roy for an honest HVAC replacement estimate that didn't oversell, and a Sunday heater breakdown assessed within hours with an honest evaluation. Others describe inconsistent experiences, so expectations should be calibrated to a large dispatch operation rather than a boutique shop. This is a fit for Sacramento homeowners who want one company covering both HVAC and plumbing — especially emergencies like a failed furnace plus a plumbing issue in the same season. The network backing suits customers who value scale and round-the-clock dispatch. Those who prefer a single trusted technician may find the rotation model less personal.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a combined HVAC and plumbing company operating from Albatross Way in North Sacramento. Its plumbing side covers repairs, installations, and drain work, while the HVAC side handles air conditioning and heating service, repair, and system replacement, with an emphasis on energy-efficient equipment. The company advertises 24/7 service with online booking and two-hour arrival windows, serving Sacramento plus nearby Placer County suburbs including Loomis, Rocklin, and Roseville. Reviews name technicians across both trades: Skyler and Raul on plumbing calls, Fernando, Chris, Pedro, and Humberto on HVAC work. Customers describe quick response times, thorough inspections with photos documenting conditions, and clear communication before work starts. Recurring praise covers punctual arrivals, clean work areas, and knowledgeable explanations. A minority of reviews raise pricing and upselling concerns, suggesting quotes deserve scrutiny on large system replacements. This is a fit for Sacramento-area homeowners who want one company covering both comfort systems and plumbing, especially in suburbs like Loomis and Rocklin where the company is well known. The two-hour arrival windows and around-the-clock availability suit urgent breakdowns in peak summer or winter. For major HVAC replacements, the review pattern recommends comparing the written proposal against another quote before committing.

Clarke & Rush Mechanical - HVAC, Plumbing & Windows is a Sacramento home services company based on Auburn Boulevard, serving Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Lincoln, Rocklin, and surrounding areas. Its plumbing division covers sewer line cleaning with hydro-jetting, sump pump repairs and installations, water heater repair and replacement, gas line work, faucet and garbage disposal replacements, and emergency plumbing visits with technicians described as available around the clock. Beyond plumbing, the company does HVAC installation and repair, window replacement, insulation, and roof restoration treatments. Review themes highlight breadth and price: one customer had a breaker switch swapped and a water heater estimate done by two technicians in a single visit, noting the bids came in consistently lower than other well-known companies. Technicians Brenden, Stanley, and Mike are named for polite, knowledgeable, on-time service, and annual water heater service plans appear among repeat bookings. The company positions itself as a Carrier factory-authorized dealer with NATE-certified technicians. This is a fit for Sacramento homeowners who want one company covering plumbing, heating, cooling, windows, and more — especially water heater replacements and sewer cleaning where a single visit can bundle multiple trades. The lower-bid pattern suits comparison shoppers. Customers who prefer a plumbing-only specialist may find the multi-trade operation less focused for single-trade jobs.

Always Affordable Plumbing & HVAC is a plumbing and HVAC contractor based in Midtown Sacramento at 2120 P Street. It installs and repairs air conditioning systems, furnaces and heat pumps, and handles plumbing jobs including toilet installation, outdoor faucet repair, irrigation equipment, water heater installation and air system maintenance. It also offers commercial services and financing options for larger installations. Customers name technicians Chappy, Jason, Scott, James, Tony, Ronnie and Sammy in positive reviews, crediting them with quick scheduling, same-day fixes, thorough testing and clear communication that includes photos of findings. One documented review reports a technician pushing financing for a brand-new AC system before even inspecting the existing unit, so homeowners should insist on a full inspection and an itemized written quote before discussing financing or approving replacements. The company keeps weekday hours from 7 AM to 5 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sundays, which suits planned replacements and maintenance more than overnight emergencies. It fits homeowners comparing costs across contractors, since financing is available and reviews note lower quoted prices relative to competitors — but written quotes protect that advantage.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a combined HVAC and plumbing contractor based on Cottage Way in Sacramento, operating around the clock with two-hour service windows. On the plumbing side it handles drain clearing, water heater installation and repair — including tankless units and recirculating pumps — sewer main clearing, and leak work. On the comfort side it installs, services, and repairs air conditioning, heat pumps, and heating systems for residential and commercial customers, with energy-efficient upgrades such as tankless water heaters and Wi-Fi thermostats. The company notes participation in SMUD rebate and REEL financing programs for qualifying work. Reviewers describe quick, courteous service: one backed-up kitchen sink was handled same-afternoon by a technician named Skyler, and others name Pedro, Chris, Ronnie, and Alyx for detailed explanations and tidy cleanup. Plumbing diagnostics and estimates are stated as free, and the company also takes commercial jobs. On the negative side, one reviewer alleges a very large replacement quote after an inspection visit, which suggests getting a second opinion before approving big-ticket replacements is sensible. The company fits homeowners who want one contractor for both plumbing and heating-and-cooling issues, and those planning efficiency upgrades like tankless water heaters or smart thermostats. Its around-the-clock availability suits urgent no-heat, no-cool, and no-hot-water situations alike. For any large replacement proposal, asking for the quote in writing and comparing it against one other estimate is the practical move.

Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a Sacramento shop at 3011 Academy Way that handles both plumbing and HVAC work, describing itself as serving Sacramento homes for decades. Plumbing-side services include advanced plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heater work, garbage disposals, faucets, and septic tank service. HVAC-side offerings include air conditioning repair and service, furnace repair and installation, ductless split systems, and central air conditioning installation. The company runs 24-hour emergency plumbing service every day with conveniently scheduled appointments. Review themes center on technician skill and straight communication: customers describe same-day appointments resolved by end of day, technicians explaining each step, and quotes adjusted down when a proposed part proved unnecessary. Named staff include Josh, Jackson, Collin, Mike Meehan, service manager Ivan, and installers on HVAC jobs. Reviewers mention water manifold replacement, garbage disposal clearing in older Land Park homes, late-night water heater flooding talked through over the phone until the water could be shut off, and split-system HVAC installations in attics during extreme heat. This is a fit for Sacramento homeowners who want one company covering both plumbing and heating/cooling rather than hiring separate shops. The 24-hour emergency positioning suits urgent failures at odd hours, and the same-day appointment pattern suits people comparing options for repair versus replacement who want the reasoning explained before committing.
