Best Dumpster rental service in Portland for SameDay Service

River City Environmental is a Portland-based environmental services company on NE 109th Avenue, covering commercial, industrial, and residential customers across the Northwest. Its service list goes far beyond plumbing: septic system service and pumping, sewage disposal, drainage services, stormwater services, grease trap service, excavation and hydro-excavation, water truck service, asphalt and seal-coating, snow removal, drop box and dumpster rental, and portable toilet supply. Plumbing sits inside that portfolio as one of the field-service trades. Reviews describe the company handling problems at commercial scale. One customer describes River City resolving major toilet issues across a facility, with fast, reliable work and detailed explanations. Another describes an overnight water pipe burst flooding an auto repair shop's bay, with plumbers arriving quickly and working efficiently to restore operations. Septic pumping reviews note prompt tanks emptied on schedule. One balanced note appears: a homeowner describes the technician emptying the septic tank successfully but being unable to answer a question about the filter, suggesting specialized follow-up may be needed for system-specific issues. This is a fit for commercial and industrial property owners in the Portland metro who need an environmental services vendor covering septic, stormwater, grease traps, and plumbing under one contract. The 24/7 emergency positioning suits facilities where a plumbing failure stops operations. For homeowners, the septic pumping and drain services are the relevant entry points, with the excavation capability behind them for bigger jobs.
