Best Demolition contractor in Pittsburgh for SameDay Service

DAP Sewer and Drain is a sewer and drain specialist based on Spring Garden Avenue in Pittsburgh's Spring Garden neighborhood, operating around the clock. Its category list goes beyond basic plumbing into excavation, demolition, and gas fitting, which positions it for heavier underground work: sewer line repair and replacement, drain clearing, house trap replacement, and exterior gas line repair. Water heater installation and repair and commercial plumbing round out the service set, and review mentions place it on jobs across the Pittsburgh area including Millvale. The business centers on Dave, who is named across nearly every review. Positive reviews describe fast responses to sewer emergencies, careful camera diagnostics, and honest guidance — one customer credits him with finding and repairing a sewer line that two previous plumbers could not, another with detailed, transparent handling of a failed exterior gas line. Customers also note meticulous cleanup and follow-through until the problem is fully resolved. The record also includes a dissatisfied customer whose line could not be cleared, leading to a refund and a recommended trap replacement. DAP fits homeowners with suspected sewer or drain problems who want a specialist with excavation capability rather than a generalist, and customers who value direct dealings with the person doing the work. Its around-the-clock hours and experience with gas lines and house traps make it relevant for urgent underground faults, though complex cases can require follow-up visits.
