Best Electric generator shop in New Orleans for SameDay Service

Stuart Services operates a New Orleans location at 1500 S Lopez St in Gert Town, carrying the same multi-trade lineup as its Metairie office: plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical work including standby generator installation. Its plumbing scope covers clogged drains, leaking pipes, water heater issues, sewer lines, fixture replacements, toilet repairs, and garbage disposals. HVAC work includes AC repair, system replacement, new installation, and seasonal maintenance, while the electrical division handles repairs and installations. The location positions itself for 24-hour emergency service across all three trades. The company-wide review record names technicians Matthew, William, Eddie, Mike D., Josh, and Zach, with same-day turnarounds a recurring theme, particularly for AC failures in Louisiana heat. Customers praise clear step-by-step explanations, proactive office communication, and technicians who diagnose quickly and clean up after the job. The dissenting record centers on pricing: some reviewers describe minimum charges not disclosed before the visit, say itemized breakdowns were refused, and one reports a scheduled visit that never happened without a callback. This is a fit for Gert Town and nearby New Orleans neighborhoods where the S Lopez location puts technicians close by, for homeowners wanting one provider across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, and for urgent failures where 24-hour availability matters. Given the pricing complaints, asking for service terms and minimum charges to be stated before authorizing work is prudent. The profile matches the Metairie office; the difference is the address and catchment.
