Best Water damage restoration service in New Orleans for SameDay Service

RestoPros of New Orleans is a damage restoration company at 525 Jefferson Hwy in New Orleans, Louisiana, operating around the clock every day. The company specializes in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and storm damage restoration for residential and commercial properties. Its service area covers Arabi, Gretna, Kenner, Metairie, and New Orleans. Reviews describe a remediation process that runs from detection through treatment, drying, and rebuilding in a single documented workflow: technicians such as Leo conduct thorough inspections, check for moisture with meters, and walk customers through each step after the work is complete. Customers note the company's emphasis on early detection of hidden mold behind walls and baseboards, including a case where a pipe leak fed mold growth discovered only after flooring began to buckle. The company also documents the full claim to support homeowners through the insurance process. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses dealing with water intrusion, hidden mold, or fire and storm damage in the New Orleans metro who need one outfit handling the whole arc from inspection to rebuild. The 24-hour emergency availability suits sudden events like pipe bursts or flooding, and the company's public advisories on hidden mold in new construction make it relevant for buyers of recently built homes who notice musty odors or discoloration.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is a branch of the national Roto-Rooter franchise, based at 520 Elmwood Park Blvd Ste 190 in New Orleans' Elmwood Park area and operating around the clock. Its listed services span faucet and sink repair, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, and complete sewer line cleaning, repair, and replacement. The branch also handles water damage cleanup and restoration, and its service offerings include scheduled drain maintenance programs, pipe restoration and excavation, toilet and urinal flushometers, and backflow inspection and repair. Review accounts stress speed: customers describe technicians arriving within the hour and clearing main-line blockages in minutes, with named technicians including Drew, Joshua, Lester, Koy, Jonathon, Zach, Jessie, Emile, and Eli. Many reviewers note thorough, step-by-step explanations of the diagnosis. The counterpoint is pricing — several customers describe the rates as high relative to independent shops, and one detailed account describes a sewer-line estimate that other plumbers later undercut significantly, after an independent inspection showed far less work was needed. This branch fits customers facing time-critical problems — burst pipes, blocked sewer mains, flooding damage — where 24/7 dispatch and a large, well-equipped team matter most. Given the pricing complaints in the record, homeowners comparing quotes on major sewer or pipe work may want a second opinion before approving large estimates.
