Best Mechanical contractor in Minneapolis for SameDay Service

ONYX PLUMBING & GAS is a plumbing, gas, and HVAC contractor in Minneapolis's Brooklawns area serving homes and businesses across the Twin Cities. Its plumbing work covers general repairs, drain cleaning, sump pump repair, and water heater service and installation. Gas services include gas leak detection and repair, gas line work, and gas piping for appliances. On the HVAC side it offers furnace repair and cleaning, air conditioning repair, and seasonal tune-ups and duct cleaning, with a stated one-year parts-and-labor warranty on its work. Reviewers frequently name John, describing fast responses to urgent calls: a gas leak fixed on a Saturday afternoon, a no-hot-water call resolved the same day the customer reached out, and an evening furnace issue talked through over the phone at 8:30pm. Repeat themes include clear explanations of the options before work begins, professional conduct, and repairs completed within the expected timeframe. The company also provides free second opinions and posts 7AM-to-7PM hours seven days a week. This is a fit for Twin Cities homeowners who want one company covering both plumbing and gas work, especially gas leak calls and water heater issues that touch both trades. The furnace and A/C offerings make it relevant for seasonal maintenance as well as repairs. For anyone comparing quotes, the free second opinion and clear up-front explanations address the most common complaint about contractor pricing.
