Best Heating equipment supplier in Minneapolis for SameDay Service

Park Supply of America, Inc. is a plumbing and heating supply company based in Minneapolis's Seward neighborhood, not a service contractor. Its catalog covers plumbing, HVAC, cabinets, lighting, electrical, hardware, appliance, and window parts for construction, repair, and remodel, with an emphasis on hard-to-find parts. Offerings include pipes, valves and fittings, backflow prevention components, bathroom and kitchen parts, general heating parts, and window and door hardware. The company also runs educational seminars for account customers. Review themes praise the staff's deep parts knowledge: reviewers describe employees locating obsolete shower valves, rare faucet parts, and commercial faucet valves that other suppliers did not carry, and pointing customers toward other vendors when a part fell outside the catalog. Chad, Fudd, and Angel are named as particularly helpful counter staff. A minority of reviewers mention pricing frustrations or an order dispute involving a damaged package and a difficult resolution process, suggesting customers confirm shipping terms on mailed orders. This is a fit for plumbing and heating contractors and experienced DIY customers in the Twin Cities metro who need specific or hard-to-source parts, from antique fixture stems to commercial faucet valves. Account customers gain access to the educational seminars the company offers. Shoppers seeking a service call should look elsewhere, as this is a supply counter and distributor; its strength is the parts catalog and staff expertise rather than on-site work.

Soderlin Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a plumbing and HVAC contractor in the Powderhorn neighborhood of Minneapolis, describing itself as a small, family- and veteran-owned business. Its plumbing services include water heater installation, gas piping, RPZ backflow testing, water filtration and softener work, and fixture installation. On the HVAC side it covers furnaces, boilers, radiant heating systems, central air conditioning, heat pumps, humidifiers, and electronic air cleaners, plus duct cleaning and routine maintenance. Reviews highlight technicians who take time to explain how systems work — one customer describes Dave J walking through the operation of a radiant heat system and answering fundamentals questions on the spot, while Jeff Johnson is named for a gas line and exterior faucet installation praised for tidy finished work. Service area spans the Twin Cities metro, including Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey counties. One consumer-survey note worth knowing: the company does not perform sewer clearing work, so drain and sewer backups fall outside its scope. This is a fit for Twin Cities homeowners who want a single small company for both plumbing and heating/cooling work, particularly boiler and radiant-heat owners who value a technician who explains the system. The Monday-to-Friday schedule suits planned replacements and maintenance rather than after-hours emergencies. Customers with a backed-up sewer line would need a drain specialist instead.
