Best Solar energy equipment supplier in Milwaukie for SameDay Service

Terry Massey Plumbing is a Milwaukie plumbing company run by journeyman plumber Terry Massey from 12949 SE Rusk Road, with his son David working on the tools and his wife Jamie coordinating appointments. Its work covers whole-house repiping, kitchen and bathroom remodels, water heater removal and replacement, water service replacement, drain cleaning, sewer service, new construction plumbing, and tankless on-demand water heater systems. The company advertises emergency service and keeps weekday hours, Monday through Friday. Review themes describe fast, accurate diagnosis: customers report mystery leaks pinpointed within minutes, next-day estimates followed by prompt water heater installs, and technicians who explain each step while they work. Named technicians David and Daniel appear across accounts for courteous conduct and careful workmanship, and several reviewers contrast the company's quotes favorably against larger shops that quoted much higher for the same job. One account describes a whole-house repipe completed professionally and then refers neighbors to the company. This is a fit for Milwaukie and southeast Portland homeowners comparing quotes on repiping or water heater replacement who want the scope explained before work begins. Small commercial clients and organizations needing phased new-construction or remodel plumbing get a small crew that knows the building personally. For leak problems that have defeated other diagnoses, the pattern of quick, accurate troubleshooting is the direct draw.
