Its listed offerings include sewer mains and replacement, repiping and pipe repair, water heater repair and installation, drain unclogging, furnace tune-ups and installation, air-conditioning maintenance, ductwork, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality solutions. A customer care plan is listed for scheduled maintenance. The company keeps 24-hour live answering. The stated operating standard includes uniformed technicians who wear booties inside homes, use protective gear in crawl spaces, and clean up thoroughly after each job. Reviewers describe water heater installations, kitchen and bathroom plumbing work, electrical upgrades, and large remodels handled across the Greater Portland area. The trade categories span plumber, air-conditioning contractor, electrician, heating contractor, HVAC contractor, and water treatment, making it one of the broadest-scope companies in the batch. This is a fit for Milwaukie and Portland metro homeowners who want plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work from a single provider. The multi-trade coverage suits remodels and system upgrades where trades overlap. For customers who prioritize tidy, professional technicians and transparent pricing, the company's stated customer care standards address that expectation directly.

Simpson Plumbing LLC is a family-run plumbing company serving Portland from Milwaukie, with additional locations in Camas and Vancouver, Washington. Its listed services cover drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, sewer video inspection, garbage disposal, repiping, water heater repair and replacement, gas lines, sump pumps, backflow, filtration, tankless water heaters, and bath and kitchen remodeling. The company uses flat-rate pricing rather than hourly billing and offers same-day service. Review themes describe a larger operation with named technicians handling distinct specialties: a four-person crew completing a whole-home repipe with a new water heater in two days, detailed leak diagnostics by Cameron, outdoor spigot and water line reroutes by Nhat, and service-plan membership perks including free drain trap treatment. The Flo by Moen smart leak detector installation offering shows a modern prevention focus. One detailed negative account describes a messy sewer line job left unfinished, indicating service quality can vary by crew. This is a fit for Portland and Clark County homeowners needing repipes, sewer inspections, or full-service residential plumbing with predictable flat-rate pricing. The preventive maintenance plan suits owners of older homes who want regular system checks. Prospective callers should confirm the crew size, cleanup expectations, and written scope on larger jobs.
