Best Remodeler in Lubbock for SameDay Service

Leak-Tek Plumbing, Heating & Air is a plumbing and HVAC contractor at 5821 50th St Unit C in Lubbock, Texas. Its plumbing services include leak detection and repair, water heater installation, sewer line replacement and installation, hydro jetting, pipe de-clogging, sewer drain cleaning, pipe inspection, plumbing maintenance, and boiler installation. The company also installs, replaces, maintains, and inspects HVAC systems. It advertises free estimates, military discounts, and 24-hour emergency availability. Reviewers describe fast response for urgent jobs, with technician James and the team praised for prompt, professional work and a gas line installation noted for punctuality. One customer reported a same-day water heater replacement. The record is mixed, however: one customer described a sewer line and kitchen sink job stretching from one week to a month with scheduling gaps, ending with another company completing the sink repair; another reported a water heater replacement that left a mess and said follow-up communication stopped after management acknowledged the problem. This is a fit for homeowners comparing estimates on sewer line or water heater work who want multiple options presented rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it bid. The combined plumbing and HVAC scope suits customers wanting one contractor for both systems, and the military discount may matter for eligible households. Given the uneven review record, customers with large or time-sensitive projects may want to confirm scheduling and cleanup expectations in writing before work starts.
