Longtime users report decade-plus relationships built on seasonal maintenance done in a timely, professional manner. Service towns include Wolfforth, Levelland, Littlefield, Shallowater, Slaton, Tahoka, Post, Idalou, and Crosbyton. The pattern of same-week scheduling and thorough diagnostics matters most for customers facing a dead water heater, a leaking line, or an AC failure in Texas heat. For businesses managing commercial refrigeration plus climate control, the combined-trade scope removes a second vendor.

Recurring themes are on-time arrival, clear explanations of what the system needs, no pressure toward unnecessary purchases, and fair pricing. One reviewer notes the crew supplied portable cooling units while an insurance replacement was pending. A recent complaint describes a paid maintenance plan that could not be used in summer, worth keeping in mind when buying prepaid service. This is a fit for Lubbock-area homeowners comparing HVAC installers who want free installation estimates and financing options. The named-technician pattern suits customers who value being walked through the diagnosis. For households in the smaller towns around Lubbock, the stated service area removes the usual big-city-only limitation.

Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. & Plumbing is an HVAC-first contractor in Lubbock at 7437 Marsha Sharp Freeway West, with a plumbing arm covering heating, cooling, and plumbing. Its HVAC work spans air conditioning installation and repair, furnace repair, heating system service, and energy-efficient system upgrades, with maintenance agreements available. The plumbing side covers energy-efficient water heaters and general plumbing service, and the company operates 24 hours a day for emergency calls. It also lists an additional operating name, Action Plumbing & Heating. Review accounts emphasize fast emergency response: one customer describes the crew arriving within the hour on a Sunday to repair a damaged AC refrigerant line after other shops could not come the same day. Another credits technician Casey with a multi-day gas leak diagnosis and repair, explaining each step. Technician Steve is noted for arriving within an hour on a holiday AC call, and owner Dennis is mentioned by name. The record includes dissatisfied accounts too — one tied to a drain technician's visit for a washing-machine backup, another from a customer who could not get an equipment quote without a property visit. This is a fit for Lubbock homeowners who want HVAC and plumbing from one company with round-the-clock emergency availability, especially air conditioning failures during West Texas heat. Those needing gas leak diagnosis or water heater replacement can get the same crew for both trades. Restaurant and commercial customers appear in the review record as well, suggesting the company handles business properties alongside homes.

Named technicians include James, John, Ross, Jeff, Mike, Reese, and William Morales, with customers noting technicians who show the actual failed parts and explain issues plainly, and office manager Lora keeping customers updated throughout. A preventive maintenance plan appears in reviews as a way customers keep HVAC warranties current. Critical reviews exist too: one customer described a steep bill for a brief furnace inspection with no real work, and another felt quotes ran well above other local companies. This is a fit for homeowners and rental-property owners in the Lubbock area who want a full-service HVAC provider with round-the-clock emergency availability, especially those replacing aging systems: one customer replaced a 23-year-old heating system and a 14-year-old AC unit in one weekend. Lowery Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a plumbing and HVAC contractor in Lubbock handling emergency plumbing repairs, air conditioning repair and installation, and trenchless pipe repair. Its services include drain and toilet unclogging with camera inspection, sewer line work for root intrusion and degraded pipe, washer valve and water line repairs, and furnace service for homes and businesses. It also installs whole-home standby generators and operates around the clock for after-hours emergencies. Customer reviews focus on responsive scheduling and knowledgeable technicians: Chris Ochoa, Bryce, Jan, Patrick, Talyn, and Luis are named across reviews describing on-time arrivals, clear explanations of problems and options, and same-day fixes for sewer backups, AC failures, and water leaks. Semi-annual HVAC maintenance visits and up-front, detailed quotes are recurring themes. A minority of reviewers reported billing disputes and late arrivals, so confirming quoted costs before approving larger jobs may be prudent. Lowery fits Lubbock homeowners who want one company covering both plumbing and HVAC, including trenchless sewer repair and standby generator installation, with around-the-clock availability for urgent failures such as holiday sewer backups or mid-summer air conditioner outages. Its maintenance agreements also suit customers who prefer scheduled upkeep of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems together.

Leak-Tek Plumbing, Heating & Air is a plumbing and HVAC contractor at 5821 50th St Unit C in Lubbock, Texas. Its plumbing services include leak detection and repair, water heater installation, sewer line replacement and installation, hydro jetting, pipe de-clogging, sewer drain cleaning, pipe inspection, plumbing maintenance, and boiler installation. The company also installs, replaces, maintains, and inspects HVAC systems. It advertises free estimates, military discounts, and 24-hour emergency availability. Reviewers describe fast response for urgent jobs, with technician James and the team praised for prompt, professional work and a gas line installation noted for punctuality. One customer reported a same-day water heater replacement. The record is mixed, however: one customer described a sewer line and kitchen sink job stretching from one week to a month with scheduling gaps, ending with another company completing the sink repair; another reported a water heater replacement that left a mess and said follow-up communication stopped after management acknowledged the problem. This is a fit for homeowners comparing estimates on sewer line or water heater work who want multiple options presented rather than a single take-it-or-leave-it bid. The combined plumbing and HVAC scope suits customers wanting one contractor for both systems, and the military discount may matter for eligible households. Given the uneven review record, customers with large or time-sensitive projects may want to confirm scheduling and cleanup expectations in writing before work starts.

The company publishes transparent pricing calculators for common jobs like AC replacement, water heaters, and repipes. This is a fit for Lubbock homeowners who want a contractor available around the clock for both plumbing and HVAC emergencies. Earl's Plumbing, Air & Electrical is a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractor headquartered at 7009 Salem Park Dr in Lubbock's Quaker Heights area. Its plumbing menu spans faucets, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters including tankless models, leak detection, sewer lines, slab repairs, drain cleaning, gas plumbing, and backflow prevention and certification. The company also installs and repairs air conditioners and heating systems, handles residential electrical work such as lighting fixture repairs and LED retrofits, and offers appliance installation and repair alongside an Earl's Home Warranty Plan. Reviews point to fast, same-day scheduling across all three trades. Technician Trey is named for repairing two slab leaks in a single day with the leak detection team, electrician Isaac for rewiring a failed fluorescent ballast for LED bulbs within hours of the call, and Luke Taylor for installing a toilet in about ninety minutes with the cost explained upfront. Other named techs include Chad, Darren, Jeremiah, Calvin, and Devin, with reviewers repeatedly noting clear explanations, tidy work areas, and no pressure after the quote. This is a fit for homeowners who would rather call one company for plumbing, cooling, heating, and electrical work instead of coordinating separate contractors. The leak detection and slab repair record makes it relevant for slab-foundation homes facing water intrusion. The warranty plan option adds an ongoing-coverage angle for customers who want breakdowns handled on a standing arrangement rather than one-off calls.

Joe Rushing Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a plumbing and HVAC contractor at 2405 1st St in Lubbock's Jackson-Mahon neighborhood. The company also does carpet cleaning and water damage repair, interior remodeling, and pool repairs, and advertises 24-hour emergency availability. Reviewers describe quick emergency response: staffer Summer scheduled next-day AC service, technician Cory arrived the following day for a leaking unit, and JoeD' restored a lightning-damaged AC over a weekend by tracking down an uncommon replacement part. One customer says the company fit in a flooding leak the same day, right before Thanksgiving, when ten other companies could not. Technician Brian Harper is named for careful, explained work. Balanced against this, one reviewer considered a slab-leak repair bill excessive and objected to an added sheetrock charge, and another reported unreturned calls about a pool appointment. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses wanting a single contractor across plumbing, HVAC, and water damage restoration, particularly where leak diagnostics with cameras and trenchless options matter. The multi-trade scope also suits remodeling projects that touch plumbing, climate, and flooring at once. Customers comparing quotes may want to confirm pricing in writing given the occasional billing complaint in the review record.
