Best Air conditioning repair service in Lubbock for SameDay Service

Aire Serv of Lubbock is a heating and air conditioning company on Ithaca Avenue in Lubbock, Texas, operating as a locally owned franchise within the Aire Serv and Neighborly network. Its services cover installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems, including AC repair, furnace repair, duct and dryer vent cleaning, heat pumps, boilers, gas heaters, and geothermal equipment. It serves the South Plains region and operates around the clock every day. Reviews emphasize responsiveness: Friday-afternoon emergency calls get accommodated, full heating and AC replacements go in the next day over a weekend, and follow-up visits perfect work in older homes. Named technicians include James, John, Ross, Jeff, Mike, Reese, and William Morales, with customers noting technicians who show the actual failed parts and explain issues plainly, and office manager Lora keeping customers updated throughout. A preventive maintenance plan appears in reviews as a way customers keep HVAC warranties current. Critical reviews exist too: one customer described a steep bill for a brief furnace inspection with no real work, and another felt quotes ran well above other local companies. This is a fit for homeowners and rental-property owners in the Lubbock area who want a full-service HVAC provider with round-the-clock emergency availability, especially those replacing aging systems: one customer replaced a 23-year-old heating system and a 14-year-old AC unit in one weekend. People who value detailed explanations may appreciate the pattern, while price-sensitive shoppers should weigh the critical pricing feedback before booking.
