Best Roofing contractor in Lexington for SameDay Service

Handy Manny's LLC is a general contractor in Lexington, Kentucky, led by owner Manny Santos and operating under a Lexington general contractor license. Its stated services include kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basement finishing, roofing, storm damage repair, and commercial renovation. Residential work covers a roughly 40-mile radius around Lexington, including Georgetown, Versailles, Nicholasville, and Winchester, while commercial projects extend across Kentucky. Hours run Monday through Saturday with Sunday afternoon hours, and 24/7 emergency service is advertised. Review themes emphasize communication, responsiveness, and tidy execution. Customers describe a metal roof installed on time with efficient work, a major roof leak discovered during a snowstorm evaluated on Friday and repaired by Saturday morning with photo updates, and kitchen and bathroom remodels delivered with itemized estimates. Reviewers repeatedly praise quick turnaround, fair pricing, and crews that keep homes tidy while working. One out-of-state homeowner highlighted regular updates and availability for questions during a whole-home renovation. This is a fit for Lexington-area homeowners planning kitchen or bathroom remodels, basement finishing, or roof replacement who want one accountable contractor across trades. The storm-damage and insurance-claim handling makes it relevant after hail or wind events, when documentation and adjuster coordination matter. Homeowners relocating from out of state, who need remote coordination and steady updates, match the pattern in its review record.

SERVPRO of Lexington, KY is a damage restoration company based at 731 Red Mile Road in Lexington — a restoration specialist, not a general plumber. Its services center on water damage restoration, including water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification. The service mix also includes fire damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, storm damage response including roof covering, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, crime scene cleanup, and debris removal. The company lists 24-hour availability. Customer accounts describe rapid, large-scale response to disasters. Meredith Willett describes crews arriving within hours of a roof leak, extracting water, setting up fans and dehumidifiers, and covering the roof to protect the business. Jaleel and his crew are named for setting up drying equipment and cleaning a crawl space while explaining each step. A Lexington reviewer describes the team arriving within an hour of a basement flood call. Professionalism, clear explanations during a stressful process, and help navigating insurance claims come up repeatedly. This company fits homeowners and businesses in Lexington facing water intrusion, fire damage, mold, or sewage backup, where cleanup and drying matter as much as the plumbing fix. Its 24-hour positioning suits burst-pipe floods discovered overnight. It is not the right call for routine plumbing repairs or remodels; for those, a licensed plumber is the appropriate choice. Property managers and insurance-driven jobs may benefit most from its restoration-focused process.
