Best HVAC contractor in Lakewood for SameDay Service

Northeast Plumbing & Mechanical is a plumbing and HVAC contractor in Lakewood, Ohio, covering leaky faucets, toilets, water heaters, drain cleaning, burst pipes, and bathroom fixture installation for residential and commercial customers. Specialty work includes certified annual backflow testing filed with the city, hydro-jet drain cleaning, sewer camera inspection, sump pump installation with battery backup, whole-home water filtration and softening, and gas furnace service. It operates 24 hours a day, every day. Reviews repeatedly name technicians Chris, Bill, Justin, Dale, Greg, Tim, Nick, and Hayden, with fast scheduling and same-day arrival the dominant themes. Customers describe informative office staff, technicians arriving on time with the right equipment, and prompt work on jobs like shower valve replacement, garbage disposal installation, and long drain snaking. One reviewer felt a camera-and-jet storm drain job ended before the full line was inspected, so confirming scope upfront is worthwhile. This suits Lakewood and west-side Cleveland homeowners who want one contractor covering both plumbing and heating. Backflow testing and filtration make it relevant for properties with water-quality or compliance needs. For urgent faults such as sudden leaks, the around-the-clock schedule and same-day arrival pattern address timing pressure directly.

Dial ONE Schilling Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractor in Lakewood serving the greater Long Beach and Lakewood area plus surrounding cities. Its categories cover plumbing, AC contracting and repair, air duct cleaning, furnace repair, heating contracting, and drainage service — a full multi-trade residential menu. The company emphasizes upfront charges shown before work begins, with technicians diagnosing the problem and explaining repair options so the customer chooses the best fit. Review themes stress long-term trust and clear communication. Several reviewers describe using the company for decades across their own homes and rental properties, citing honest diagnoses, no hidden fees, and competitive rates. Scott is praised for taking time to explain a furnace refurbishment rather than pushing replacement, while Mike, Joe, George, Miguel, and RJ earn mentions for punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Customers describe urgent calls getting same-day attention and thorough work completed in a single morning. This is a fit for Lakewood and Long Beach homeowners with older homes and furnaces who want repair-versus-replacement advice they can trust, and for landlords who need one dependable vendor across rental properties. Households that prefer Spanish-language communication are served in both English and Spanish. The upfront-charges approach suits customers who want the cost settled before any work starts rather than discovering it after.
