Its categories cover plumbing, AC contracting and repair, air duct cleaning, furnace repair, heating contracting, and drainage service — a full multi-trade residential menu. The company emphasizes upfront charges shown before work begins, with technicians diagnosing the problem and explaining repair options so the customer chooses the best fit. Review themes stress long-term trust and clear communication. Several reviewers describe using the company for decades across their own homes and rental properties, citing honest diagnoses, no hidden fees, and competitive rates. Scott is praised for taking time to explain a furnace refurbishment rather than pushing replacement, while Mike, Joe, George, Miguel, and RJ earn mentions for punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Customers describe urgent calls getting same-day attention and thorough work completed in a single morning. This is a fit for Lakewood and Long Beach homeowners with older homes and furnaces who want repair-versus-replacement advice they can trust, and for landlords who need one dependable vendor across rental properties. Households that prefer Spanish-language communication are served in both English and Spanish. The upfront-charges approach suits customers who want the cost settled before any work starts rather than discovering it after.

Clear All Rooter Plumbing is a plumbing contractor based in Lakewood, California, serving homeowners in Torrance, Culver City, Ladera Heights, and Orange County. Its core specialties center on sewer systems: sewer main clearing, sewer line installation and replacement including trenchless liners, and sump pump repair and replacement. The company's listed services also cover water heater installation and replacement for tank and tankless models, gas line work, leak detection, drain clogs, and faucet, fixture, and pipe repair. It works with equipment from manufacturers including Bradford White, AO Smith, Navien, Noritz, Kohler, and Delta. The review record emphasizes thorough, honest inspections: one customer hired the company for a garage plumbing inspection and praised the technicians for explaining each step, documenting deteriorated pipes, and declining to upsell unnecessary work. Other reviews mention prompt responses, fast resolution of combined plumbing and gas issues, and technicians arriving on time and leaving the home clean, with Jose named for a recent job. Emergency service is listed among the company's offerings. This is a fit for homeowners dealing with sewer main problems, aging pipes, or water heater replacement who want detailed, documented findings before authorizing a major job. The documented inspection style also suits multi-unit property owners needing clarity on shared plumbing issues. For Lakewood and surrounding-area customers weighing trenchless versus full sewer replacement, the specialization in sewer work makes it a relevant option.

A-QUICK ROOTER & PLUMBING CO. is a Lakewood plumbing contractor on Barlin Avenue, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Listed services span emergency plumbing, drain repair, pipe repair, and general home plumbing, with additional offerings including drain cleaning, water heater work, pipe repair and repiping, fixture installation, leak detection, sewer line service, and bathroom and kitchen remodel support. The name points to the core strength: unclogging drains. Customer accounts emphasize same-day response: technician Enrique arrived the day of the call, Rigo handled a last-minute drain unclog and left the area clean, and Richard came out the same day for an emergency despite a full schedule. Reviewers describe technicians explaining the problem thoroughly and offering guidance on handling similar issues in the future. The record leans toward urgent calls — backed-up drains, sudden clogs — resolved in a single visit. This is a fit for Lakewood homeowners and renters facing a clogged or backed-up drain who need someone out the same day, including weekends and nights. Landlords managing multiple units could also use the around-the-clock availability for tenant-reported backups. For planned remodel or repiping work, the service list covers it, though the customer record is strongest on fast emergency response.

Pro Plumbers Inc Long Beach, CA is a plumbing contractor based in Lakewood, California, serving Long Beach and the surrounding area with residential and commercial plumbing. Its services include drain cleaning, full home repipes, gas line leak diagnosis and repair, water filtration system setup, dishwasher air gap replacement, and outdoor leak repairs. Categories also list water softening equipment supply, and the company advertises same-day service with 24-hour availability. Reviews name technicians Frankie and Juan across multiple accounts: Frankie is credited with diagnosing a major gas leak and guiding the customer to a workable solution, completing a full home repipe in two days including patchwork, and explaining each step so the family understood the process. Juan is cited for installing a whole-home filtration unit and answering questions patiently. Same-day responses for plumbing issues are a recurring theme, with technicians described as efficient, punctual, and communicative. This fits homeowners planning a repipe or dealing with gas line concerns who want a contractor that explains options clearly and finishes within a tight schedule. The water filtration and softening offerings make it relevant for households focused on water quality, not just repairs. For Lakewood and Long Beach owners who need same-day attention for an active leak, the extended-hours schedule and dispatch pattern address that urgency.

Colorado Sewer Service, Inc. is a sewer and drain specialist in Lakewood's Molholm/Two Creeks neighborhood, focused on the underground trade rather than general plumbing. Its listed services cover commercial and residential drain cleaning, high-pressure jetting, camera inspections with pipe locating, sewer main clearing, sewer main repair and installation, septic tanks, and clearing drain clogs. The company keeps early hours — six in the morning to seven at night on weekdays, seven to seven on Saturday, Sunday closed — and advertises emergency service availability. Reviews name technicians Norman, Anthony, Alex, Omar, Elijah, George, Matt, Sean, and Antonio. Recurring themes include same-day response for backups, reasonable pricing compared to competitors, and technicians who clear lines other companies declared collapsed and needing full replacement — one customer describes a feared full-line replacement avoided by a simple clearing. A counter-theme on record: one reviewer calls a jetting visit overpriced for the short time the technician spent on site. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses with recurring sewer problems — root intrusion, slow mains, grease-heavy commercial lines — where a drain specialist's camera and jetting equipment matters. Bar and restaurant owners get a company familiar with odd-hours commercial calls. Anyone booking jetting should confirm the total in writing first, given the one public pricing complaint.

Conan's Drain Cleaning LLC is a Lakewood drain and plumbing business at 8616 Edgewater Dr SW, with published hours Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Its services center on drains: rooter service, hydro-jetting, video camera inspection, sewer inspections and repairs, comprehensive drain cleaning, and general plumbing needs including clogged drains, broken pipes, and leaking faucets. Directory listings also note energy-efficient water heater work. Review accounts center on Conan himself, described as arriving on time, diagnosing problems quickly, and quoting upfront. One reviewer recounts a camera inspection of the sewer line all the way to the city hookup before a home purchase. Another describes a sewer backup after 9 PM the night before a party: contacted within an hour, the blockage cleared before guests arrived, and the sewer line marked for a future cleanout install. A third credits Conan with fixing a sewer in under an hour where a previous plumber left a fifteen-foot trench and a still-backing-up line. Conan's Drain Cleaning LLC suits Lakewood and Pierce County homeowners facing drain clogs, sewer backups, or aging sewer lines who want camera diagnostics and hydro-jetting before resorting to digging. Its record reads strongest for urgent sewer work and same-day service. The Monday-through-Saturday schedule positions it for weekend drain emergencies.

Sewer Lines Only is a sewer line specialist in Lakewood's Molholm/Two Creeks neighborhood that does nothing but sewer work. Its listed offerings cover sewer line cleaning, trenchless sewer repair, sewer line replacement, tap repairs, water lines, and storm drains. The company's mission statement is taking the worry out of sewer line repairs, and it keeps weekday hours, eight to five Monday through Friday, weekends closed. Reviews name technicians Joey, Mag, Cameron, Ashdon, Chris A, and Jake Q. Recurring themes include honest assessments that talk customers out of unnecessary replacements — one customer describes a competitor recommending a full line replacement while Sewer Lines Only's technician honestly descaled the line and declined to scare-sell, and another describes a far lower repair assessment after a competitor proposed a hugely expensive replacement. Customers praise transparent camera inspections they can watch, competitive pricing on descaling, tunneling under sidewalks to avoid tearing them up, and techs who leave the space cleaner than they found it. This is a fit for homeowners facing a sewer line repair quote who want an independent second opinion before committing to excavation. The specialist model suits root intrusion, bellies, and scale buildup where a drain-only company has the right equipment. For anyone comparing sewer bids, the record of recommending monitoring over immediate replacement is directly relevant.
