Best Drainage service in Lakewood for SameDay Service

Colorado Sewer Service, Inc. is a sewer and drain specialist in Lakewood's Molholm/Two Creeks neighborhood, focused on the underground trade rather than general plumbing. Its listed services cover commercial and residential drain cleaning, high-pressure jetting, camera inspections with pipe locating, sewer main clearing, sewer main repair and installation, septic tanks, and clearing drain clogs. The company keeps early hours — six in the morning to seven at night on weekdays, seven to seven on Saturday, Sunday closed — and advertises emergency service availability. Reviews name technicians Norman, Anthony, Alex, Omar, Elijah, George, Matt, Sean, and Antonio. Recurring themes include same-day response for backups, reasonable pricing compared to competitors, and technicians who clear lines other companies declared collapsed and needing full replacement — one customer describes a feared full-line replacement avoided by a simple clearing. A counter-theme on record: one reviewer calls a jetting visit overpriced for the short time the technician spent on site. This is a fit for homeowners and businesses with recurring sewer problems — root intrusion, slow mains, grease-heavy commercial lines — where a drain specialist's camera and jetting equipment matters. Bar and restaurant owners get a company familiar with odd-hours commercial calls. Anyone booking jetting should confirm the total in writing first, given the one public pricing complaint.

Sewer Lines Only is a sewer line specialist in Lakewood's Molholm/Two Creeks neighborhood that does nothing but sewer work. Its listed offerings cover sewer line cleaning, trenchless sewer repair, sewer line replacement, tap repairs, water lines, and storm drains. The company's mission statement is taking the worry out of sewer line repairs, and it keeps weekday hours, eight to five Monday through Friday, weekends closed. Reviews name technicians Joey, Mag, Cameron, Ashdon, Chris A, and Jake Q. Recurring themes include honest assessments that talk customers out of unnecessary replacements — one customer describes a competitor recommending a full line replacement while Sewer Lines Only's technician honestly descaled the line and declined to scare-sell, and another describes a far lower repair assessment after a competitor proposed a hugely expensive replacement. Customers praise transparent camera inspections they can watch, competitive pricing on descaling, tunneling under sidewalks to avoid tearing them up, and techs who leave the space cleaner than they found it. This is a fit for homeowners facing a sewer line repair quote who want an independent second opinion before committing to excavation. The specialist model suits root intrusion, bellies, and scale buildup where a drain-only company has the right equipment. For anyone comparing sewer bids, the record of recommending monitoring over immediate replacement is directly relevant.
