9 Best Plumber in Greenwood for SameDay Service

Mister Quik Home Services is a multi-trade home services company in Greenwood, Indiana, covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and duct cleaning, with extended hours from early morning to midnight daily. Plumbing services include drain cleaning, water heater work, toilet and fixture installation, and garbage disposals; HVAC covers furnace and AC repair and installation, tune-ups, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality products like Aeroseal and attic insulation; electrical spans rewiring, EV charger installation, and panel work. The positioning is speed — same-day and next-day scheduling. Review themes emphasize fast response and communicative techs: Anthony Whyte, Art, Andrew, Brad, Kaleb, Taylor, Max Spott, Jon Sertich, Jason Ware, Adrian, and Richard Smith are named across reviews for explaining work with photos, cleaning up, and honest assessments — including a furnace saved during a single-digit Christmas week with next-day arrival. Balanced notes: pricing complaints appear, with one reviewer disputing a faucet replacement quote as far above parts cost and others noting the service runs expensive; the annual maintenance program pitch also draws pushback from some customers. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who prioritize speed — the extended hours and large fleet suit urgent furnace, drain, or electrical failures when other companies book out a week. The one-stop-shop model helps buyers bundling insulation, duct cleaning, or EV chargers with core trades. Given the pricing feedback, confirming the quote against alternatives before approving is wise, and the maintenance program should be evaluated on its own merits rather than accepted on the spot.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is the Greenwood branch of the national Roto-Rooter network at 70 E Main St J, combining plumbing, drain, and water damage restoration under one roof. Its plumbing services cover faucet and sink repairs, toilet repair and replacement, water heater repair and replacement, and complete sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement. The water cleanup side handles extraction, industrial dehumidifiers, and moisture monitoring after plumbing failures, plus water softener and filtration consultation with on-site water testing. Technicians are on call around the clock with no extra night or weekend fees. Reviews name technicians Eric, Jeff, Miguel Campos, Rocco, and JT for on-time arrivals, thorough explanations, and help with insurance claims after sewage backups. Customers describe same-day dispatch for line blockages and midnight stabilization visits during stressful water emergencies. Balanced against that, some reviewers call the pricing hefty for straightforward drain jobs, and one recent review left the company dissatisfied after a spigot repair. This branch fits Greenwood and south Indianapolis homeowners who want one company to fix the plumbing problem and restore the water damage without coordinating two contractors. The 24/7 positioning and no-surcharge nights and weekends matter for sewage backups and burst pipes. For price-sensitive shoppers, the review pattern suggests asking for the estimate in writing before the drain machine comes off the truck.

Allen Home Services is a multi-trade contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drains, and excavation for residential and commercial customers, with round-the-clock availability. Plumbing services include faucet, fixture, and pipe repair and replacement, water heater installation and repair, drain work, and sump pump repairs; HVAC covers furnace tune-ups and repairs, AC installation and repair; electrical work rounds out the single-provider offering. The company offers maintenance programs and financing options. Review themes highlight versatile crews: reviews describe two-day electrical-plus-plumbing upgrades, a full crawl-space drain pipe replacement completed in one day with thorough cleanup, and furnace troubleshooting that stumped several other companies. Named techs include Jason, TJ, Taylor, Edger, Jacob, and Ashley, praised for explaining options and honest cost guidance. One sharp negative review alleges staff dishonesty about a technician's departure — an interpersonal complaint rather than a workmanship pattern, but worth noting for customers who value staff continuity. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who want one company handling plumbing, HVAC, and electrical — especially complex jobs spanning trades, like a power-surge-damaged water heater and softener. The cross-trade capability suits landlords and property managers too. For furnace mysteries other companies couldn't solve, the diagnostic record is encouraging. Those wanting a dedicated technician relationship should confirm staffing when booking, given the complaint about personnel changes.

Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam is a plumbing company in Greenwood, Indiana, operating around the clock with emergency service. Its services cover drain clearing, water heater installation and repair, sewer line replacement, energy-efficient water heater installation, garbage disposals, and plumbing for bathroom and laundry room renovations. The company positions itself around option-based pricing and technician education — presenting multiple solutions and explaining each before work starts. Review themes emphasize speed and communication: a kitchen sink drain cleared within hours of calling, technicians calling ahead with arrival windows, and named techs including John, Josh, Dexter, Jon, Devon, Mitchell, Juwan, Floyd, and Luke Watkinson praised for politeness and explanations. Reviews mention water softener installs with walk-throughs, water heater replacement scheduled within days, and Sunday scheduling. Balanced against that, two critical reviews describe overpricing disputes and a damaged main line — homeowners comparing quotes should get written options, which the company provides on request. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners facing urgent blockages or heater failures who value fast response — same-day arrival features repeatedly in reviews. The option-based estimating approach suits buyers who want to choose between repair and replacement. For water softener and heater installs, the walk-through pattern helps first-time buyers understand new equipment. Those on tight budgets should use the written-option process and compare the quote against alternatives before approving, given the occasional pricing complaint.

Carter's My Plumber is a plumbing contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, serving the Indianapolis metro with round-the-clock emergency service. Review themes center on responsiveness and honest options: customers describe same-day completion, technicians calling ahead, and named techs including Josh, Brandon, Larry, Phil, Ryder, Matt, Jason, Todd, Kelson, and John praised for explaining problems plainly. Standout examples include a cracked soil stack diagnosed at seven-thirty in the morning and repaired the same day, a sewer jetting job completed at well below a competitor's quote, and a tankless heater replaced in hours. Balanced notes: one review cites a two-day slab-leak job with floor repair follow-up needed, and another disputes a toilet seal quote as too high — suggesting the options vary and comparing is worthwhile. This is a fit for Greenwood and south-side homeowners wanting a single full-service shop for plumbing, drains, sewer, and water treatment. The honest-options pattern suits anyone who has received conflicting diagnoses from other companies. For gas line work and major sewer jobs, the documented same-day turnaround is the key draw. Homeowners on tight budgets should use the multi-option quotes and compare, since pricing feedback ranges from excellent value to occasional pushback.

Reviews name technicians Hayden and Colton for knowledgeable, on-time service: customers describe toilet repairs with all options explained, kitchen sink drain problems solved, and water softener installs where the technicians showed the customer how the system works. One retiree describes a weeks-old clog cleared where another company's quote had called for a complete tear-out, praising the honesty. Recurring themes include accommodating scheduling, clear communication, and no upselling pressure. P & K Plumbing Solutions fits Greenwood and south Indianapolis homeowners who want a responsive multi-trade shop with a second-opinion culture. John Fowler Plumbing is a plumbing contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, serving the south side of the Indianapolis metro with weekday hours. Its specialties lean underground and structural: underground sewer and water line excavation, pipe inspection and rehabilitation, drain and sewer cleaning, septic system service, water damage emergency service, and water heater repair and installation. The company also handles water filtration and purification equipment. Older-home restoration is a stated focus — a third-party profile describes work restoring older homes with care and precision. Review themes highlight punctual, explanatory technicians: Jacob is the most-named tech, praised for sediment filter work, transparent costs, and thorough communication; Jake and others are noted for quick problem resolution. Reviews describe on-time arrivals, clear explanations of what was done and why, and fair pricing. A third-party profile claims decades of operation and owner-operated structure — business-stated rather than independently verified, so treat as positioning. No strong complaint patterns appear in the available material. This is a fit for Greenwood homeowners with sewer line, septic, or underground water line problems — the excavation and pipe rehabilitation specialty goes beyond what general plumbers offer. The older-home focus suits buyers of aging properties needing careful restoration work. For water heater and filtration needs, the listed services cover the essentials. Those comparing options will find the transparent-cost theme encouraging, though confirming the excavation scope in writing is wise given the complexity of underground work.

Examples include a water softener installed the same day the customer called, a bathtub deck and shower valve install completed efficiently, and a holiday-morning leak fixed at no charge after an earlier install. Free project estimates are offered. No significant complaint patterns appear in the available material. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who want a responsive local plumber for everyday work — softeners, disposals, heaters, fixtures — with the scheduling flexibility to squeeze in urgent leaks. Complete Comfort Heating, A/C & Plumbing Repair is a heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, serving Central Indiana communities from Indianapolis to Bloomington, with round-the-clock emergency availability. HVAC services include AC and furnace installation, repair, and maintenance, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality; plumbing covers water heater installation, drain work, leak repair, and plumbing inspections. The company runs a call center praised for quick scheduling, and technicians handle both trades on site. The public record is genuinely mixed and deserves a straight account. Positive reviews praise technicians like Dustin, Chris Herrell, Blake Kerr, Alycia Carter, and Jackson for thorough, friendly, well-explained work — plumbing checkups that caught water-softener valve mistakes, fast same-day AC responses. But serious negative reviews allege botched HVAC installations with property damage, a hard credit pull done without permission, repeated missed appointments, and in one case a claim that unlicensed technicians performed work. These are customer allegations rather than adjudicated findings, but their specificity and number mean they can't be dismissed as outliers. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who want combined HVAC and plumbing service with fast scheduling — the positive reviews show capable field technicians when jobs go right. However, the weight of the negative record means extra diligence is warranted: get equipment model numbers in writing before installation, document the work area with photos, confirm technician credentials, and get any financing terms explicitly agreed. For routine maintenance and smaller repairs, the record looks better than for full system replacements.
