4 Best HVAC contractor in Greenwood for SameDay Service

Allen Home Services is a multi-trade contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drains, and excavation for residential and commercial customers, with round-the-clock availability. Plumbing services include faucet, fixture, and pipe repair and replacement, water heater installation and repair, drain work, and sump pump repairs; HVAC covers furnace tune-ups and repairs, AC installation and repair; electrical work rounds out the single-provider offering. The company offers maintenance programs and financing options. Review themes highlight versatile crews: reviews describe two-day electrical-plus-plumbing upgrades, a full crawl-space drain pipe replacement completed in one day with thorough cleanup, and furnace troubleshooting that stumped several other companies. Named techs include Jason, TJ, Taylor, Edger, Jacob, and Ashley, praised for explaining options and honest cost guidance. One sharp negative review alleges staff dishonesty about a technician's departure — an interpersonal complaint rather than a workmanship pattern, but worth noting for customers who value staff continuity. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who want one company handling plumbing, HVAC, and electrical — especially complex jobs spanning trades, like a power-surge-damaged water heater and softener. The cross-trade capability suits landlords and property managers too. For furnace mysteries other companies couldn't solve, the diagnostic record is encouraging. Those wanting a dedicated technician relationship should confirm staffing when booking, given the complaint about personnel changes.

Mister Quik Home Services is a multi-trade home services company in Greenwood, Indiana, covering plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and duct cleaning, with extended hours from early morning to midnight daily. Plumbing services include drain cleaning, water heater work, toilet and fixture installation, and garbage disposals; HVAC covers furnace and AC repair and installation, tune-ups, duct cleaning, and indoor air quality products like Aeroseal and attic insulation; electrical spans rewiring, EV charger installation, and panel work. The positioning is speed — same-day and next-day scheduling. Review themes emphasize fast response and communicative techs: Anthony Whyte, Art, Andrew, Brad, Kaleb, Taylor, Max Spott, Jon Sertich, Jason Ware, Adrian, and Richard Smith are named across reviews for explaining work with photos, cleaning up, and honest assessments — including a furnace saved during a single-digit Christmas week with next-day arrival. Balanced notes: pricing complaints appear, with one reviewer disputing a faucet replacement quote as far above parts cost and others noting the service runs expensive; the annual maintenance program pitch also draws pushback from some customers. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who prioritize speed — the extended hours and large fleet suit urgent furnace, drain, or electrical failures when other companies book out a week. The one-stop-shop model helps buyers bundling insulation, duct cleaning, or EV chargers with core trades. Given the pricing feedback, confirming the quote against alternatives before approving is wise, and the maintenance program should be evaluated on its own merits rather than accepted on the spot.

P & K Plumbing Solutions LLC is a plumbing and HVAC contractor at 500 Polk St in Greenwood, Indiana, serving Greenwood, Indianapolis, Plainfield, Avon, Franklin, and surrounding communities. Its services span residential and commercial plumbing, 24/7 emergency repairs, drain cleaning, water heater service, sump pumps, pipe replacements, bathroom remodeling, and heating and cooling work. The company offers upfront pricing and second opinions, and works Monday through Saturday. Reviews name technicians Hayden and Colton for knowledgeable, on-time service: customers describe toilet repairs with all options explained, kitchen sink drain problems solved, and water softener installs where the technicians showed the customer how the system works. One retiree describes a weeks-old clog cleared where another company's quote had called for a complete tear-out, praising the honesty. Recurring themes include accommodating scheduling, clear communication, and no upselling pressure. P & K Plumbing Solutions fits Greenwood and south Indianapolis homeowners who want a responsive multi-trade shop with a second-opinion culture. The honest-alternative-to-tear-outs pattern suits customers comparing big repair quotes. For water softeners and drain issues on the south side, the review record shows a company that explains the options and lets the customer decide.

Complete Comfort Heating, A/C & Plumbing Repair is a heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor in Greenwood, Indiana, serving Central Indiana communities from Indianapolis to Bloomington, with round-the-clock emergency availability. HVAC services include AC and furnace installation, repair, and maintenance, heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality; plumbing covers water heater installation, drain work, leak repair, and plumbing inspections. The company runs a call center praised for quick scheduling, and technicians handle both trades on site. The public record is genuinely mixed and deserves a straight account. Positive reviews praise technicians like Dustin, Chris Herrell, Blake Kerr, Alycia Carter, and Jackson for thorough, friendly, well-explained work — plumbing checkups that caught water-softener valve mistakes, fast same-day AC responses. But serious negative reviews allege botched HVAC installations with property damage, a hard credit pull done without permission, repeated missed appointments, and in one case a claim that unlicensed technicians performed work. These are customer allegations rather than adjudicated findings, but their specificity and number mean they can't be dismissed as outliers. This is a fit for Greenwood-area homeowners who want combined HVAC and plumbing service with fast scheduling — the positive reviews show capable field technicians when jobs go right. However, the weight of the negative record means extra diligence is warranted: get equipment model numbers in writing before installation, document the work area with photos, confirm technician credentials, and get any financing terms explicitly agreed. For routine maintenance and smaller repairs, the record looks better than for full system replacements.
