Best Roofing contractor in Fresno for SameDay Service

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a large multi-trade service company based at 5456 W Mission Ave on Fresno's Westside, serving Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, and surrounding Central California communities. Its offerings span plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and roofing, with plumbing services covering water heater repair and installation, tankless water heater work, leak detection, drain cleaning, sewer services, gas lines, pipe repair, toilet and sink installation, faucet repair, garbage disposals, and hydro jetting. The company runs a 24-hour live service line for emergencies such as clogged sewer lines, broken water pipes, and failed AC units during extreme heat. Reviews describe same-day emergency response, including an AC repair completed in under three hours during a heat wave, and technicians who are polite, knowledgeable, and careful with the home. The company operates with in-house background-checked technicians, GPS tracking for arrival visibility, and maintenance membership plans for HVAC and plumbing. A recurring criticism is upselling on service calls: some reviewers report technicians recommending extensive replacements that a second provider later judged unnecessary, alongside complaints that quoted prices exceeded what a local competitor charged. This is a fit for Central Valley homeowners who prefer a single company across plumbing, HVAC, and roofing, particularly for emergency calls that cannot wait for morning. The 24-hour dispatch, background-checked technicians, and maintenance plans suit busy households and rental property managers. Customers booking a diagnostic visit may want to get any major replacement recommendation confirmed by a second quote before committing.

911 Plumbing & Electric INC is a locally owned multi-trade contractor at 6371 N Milburn Ave in Fresno, working in plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning rather than plumbing alone. Its plumbing side covers residential plumbing, emergency plumbing, drain and drain repair service, and water heater replacement including tankless units. On the electrical side it handles panel upgrades and lighting work, while its HVAC work covers air conditioning installation — including full 5-ton system replacements — and duct cleaning. The company is licensed by the State of California. It serves Fresno and surrounding counties across the Central Valley, operating around the clock. A technician named Jack appears across the review record: customers describe him walking through electrical panel upgrades and AC replacements with thorough explanations, and tankless water heater installations paired with new wiring and AC units on the same visit. Recurring themes are fast, reliable service, free extras on the job, and responsiveness after hours. The company reports having completed hundreds of successful projects — scale that fits its multi-trade model. This is a fit for Fresno homeowners who prefer one contractor when a job crosses trades — a water heater that needs both plumbing and electrical work, or a remodel adding AC and lighting at once. The 24/7 hours suit panel failures and AC breakdowns in Central Valley heat that cannot wait.
