10 Best Air conditioning repair service in Fresno for SameDay Service

Balanced Comfort is a full-service heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor in Fresno, covering HVAC and plumbing under one roof. Its service list spans air conditioner installation, repair, and maintenance; furnace repair; heat pump installation and service; commercial HVAC; plumbing repair and installation; drain cleaning; water heater installation; sewer main clearing; and water damage restoration with mold remediation. The company serves Fresno, Clovis, Coarsegold, Oakhurst, and surrounding Central Valley areas. Reviews center on installation and diagnostic jobs: customers describe prompt inspections with multiple repair and replacement estimates presented side by side, including one case where a failed air conditioner was inspected on July 4th, a portable unit delivered the next day, and the full replacement installed days ahead of projection. Technicians named in reviews include Tommy, Say Vang, and Cristian, and reviewers repeatedly note arrival-time updates and clear explanations of the work. Pricing feedback is mixed, with some reviewers calling estimates expensive. This is a fit for homeowners comparing options on an HVAC or water heater replacement who want the repair-versus-replace trade-off laid out before committing. Same-day and emergency availability make it relevant for mid-heatwave air conditioner failures, where fast scheduling matters most. Commercial property owners needing HVAC and plumbing from a single contractor may find the combined service list practical.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a large multi-trade service company based at 5456 W Mission Ave on Fresno's Westside, serving Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, and surrounding Central California communities. Its offerings span plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and roofing, with plumbing services covering water heater repair and installation, tankless water heater work, leak detection, drain cleaning, sewer services, gas lines, pipe repair, toilet and sink installation, faucet repair, garbage disposals, and hydro jetting. The company runs a 24-hour live service line for emergencies such as clogged sewer lines, broken water pipes, and failed AC units during extreme heat. Reviews describe same-day emergency response, including an AC repair completed in under three hours during a heat wave, and technicians who are polite, knowledgeable, and careful with the home. The company operates with in-house background-checked technicians, GPS tracking for arrival visibility, and maintenance membership plans for HVAC and plumbing. A recurring criticism is upselling on service calls: some reviewers report technicians recommending extensive replacements that a second provider later judged unnecessary, alongside complaints that quoted prices exceeded what a local competitor charged. This is a fit for Central Valley homeowners who prefer a single company across plumbing, HVAC, and roofing, particularly for emergency calls that cannot wait for morning. The 24-hour dispatch, background-checked technicians, and maintenance plans suit busy households and rental property managers. Customers booking a diagnostic visit may want to get any major replacement recommendation confirmed by a second quote before committing.

Costless Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned multi-trade company at 1143 N Cypress Ave in Fresno's McLane area, covering plumbing, heating, and air conditioning for homes and businesses. Its plumbing work includes faucet, toilet, and garbage disposal repair, water and gas line repair, and water heater service; the HVAC side covers AC and heating repair and replacement, including floor furnaces and coolers. The company advertises free estimates, maintains a plumbing supply store operation at the same location, and runs around-the-clock availability for emergencies. Reviews name technicians Raymond, Regino, Angel, and comfort advisor Nathan for careful diagnostics, honest assessments, and clean work. Same-day and next-day responses come up often, including a rental-property toilet fixed the same day and a main water leak handled the next morning. Complaints include one customer who expected a free estimate was told a fee would apply — a miscommunication the owner addressed publicly — and another whose requested quote never arrived after a visit. A few reviewers describe quoting that leaned higher than expected on heating system work. This is a fit for Fresno homeowners and landlords who want plumbing and HVAC handled by one company, especially rental owners who need fast turnaround on single-bathroom failures. The same-day emergency pattern suits heating breakdowns and active leaks alike. Customers calling for estimates may want to confirm the estimate terms and scope boundaries before the truck rolls.

Allbritten Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical is a large multi-trade home services company based at 2842 N Business Park Ave in Fresno's McLane area, serving the 93727 ZIP code and the wider Fresno area. The company combines four trades under one roof — heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical — and operates with 24/7 emergency positioning. On the plumbing side, its listed work includes drain cleaning, water heater service, pipe repair and repiping, fixture installation, leak detection, sewer line work, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and routine maintenance. The review record is extensive and largely centers on the technicians themselves: names like Aaron, Chad, Kevin, Joey, Dallas, Josh, and Emmanuel recur across reviews, with customers describing thorough explanations of the problem and the proposed fix. Same-day replacement and installation of appliances, efficient work ethic, and responsive customer service are repeated themes — including one account of a rat-damaged water line located, replaced, and leak-tested in one visit. On the other side, a minority of reviews report pricing disputes and inconsistent follow-through on small commitments, so confirming estimates up front is wise. This is a fit for Fresno homeowners who prefer one company for every major home system rather than juggling separate plumbers, HVAC techs, and electricians. The scale suits whole-home projects — water heater or AC replacement, repiping, remodel work — and households facing emergency failures outside business hours. Landlords and property managers responsible for entire properties also benefit from the emergency availability and multi-trade coverage.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating, & Roofing is a full-service home services company headquartered at 2440 S Gearhart Ave, Suite 101, in Fresno's Roosevelt district, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Company materials trace the business to a start specializing in water heater installations before growing into a multi-trade operation covering air conditioning, heating, plumbing, water heaters, and roofing. Listed work includes drain cleaning, gas pipe repair, emergency plumbing, AC repair and installation, furnace installation and repair, ductless mini splits, indoor air quality, and roofing, with financing also available. The review record is deep and names individual technicians — Sean H., Dustin, Brad, Peng, Fernando, Juan, Daniel Caldera, Aaron Anguiano, Jeff — for thorough explanations, punctual arrival, and hardworking installs; one reviewer notes the company provided portable AC units while a full installation was completed. Reviews also praise fast diagnostics and clear cost breakdowns before work begins. Balanced against that, some customers report frustration when an appointment produced only an estimate rather than a same-day repair, and at least one objects to a diagnostic fee — so confirming scope and charges at booking is wise. This Roosevelt branch is the company's headquarters address, distinct from its other Fresno locations, and it suits homeowners who want one 24/7 contractor for plumbing, HVAC, and roofing alike. It fits households facing emergency failures outside business hours, complex multi-system projects, and anyone who values technician continuity and financing options.

Named technicians include Tommy, Say Vang, Cristian, and Jovanni, praised for knowledge and professionalism. A few reviewers consider parts pricing high on simple jobs, so comparing line items could help budget-conscious callers. It suits people facing mid-summer AC failures or water heater problems where fast scheduling matters, and anyone comparing multi-option estimates before committing to a full system replacement.

It services, repairs, and installs air conditioning systems for all makes and models, covering residential and commercial properties. Offerings include AC maintenance and tune-ups, system replacement, heating and furnace services, ventilation work, indoor air quality improvements, and high-efficiency system upgrades. The company also provides maintenance plans and energy-saving guidance, such as thermostat setup aimed at lowering utility bills. Review themes center on fast response during heat emergencies. Customers describe same-day appointments when other companies quoted a week out, and technicians arriving within minutes of a call during 110-degree-plus heat waves. Technicians Jaime and Sergio are named across reviews for quick, accurate diagnoses — including a motor replacement covered under warranty — and for explaining the problem clearly before fixing it. Molly, who coordinates scheduling, is noted for fast callbacks and moving appointments earlier when possible. Customers also describe fair pricing and honest, straightforward communication. This is a fit for Fresno and Clovis homeowners facing air-conditioning failures during extreme heat, where same-day response is the deciding factor.
