3 Best Air conditioning repair service in Fresno for SameDay Service

Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating, & Roofing is a full-service home services company headquartered at 2440 S Gearhart Ave, Suite 101, in Fresno's Roosevelt district, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Company materials trace the business to a start specializing in water heater installations before growing into a multi-trade operation covering air conditioning, heating, plumbing, water heaters, and roofing. Listed work includes drain cleaning, gas pipe repair, emergency plumbing, AC repair and installation, furnace installation and repair, ductless mini splits, indoor air quality, and roofing, with financing also available. The review record is deep and names individual technicians — Sean H., Dustin, Brad, Peng, Fernando, Juan, Daniel Caldera, Aaron Anguiano, Jeff — for thorough explanations, punctual arrival, and hardworking installs; one reviewer notes the company provided portable AC units while a full installation was completed. Reviews also praise fast diagnostics and clear cost breakdowns before work begins. Balanced against that, some customers report frustration when an appointment produced only an estimate rather than a same-day repair, and at least one objects to a diagnostic fee — so confirming scope and charges at booking is wise. This Roosevelt branch is the company's headquarters address, distinct from its other Fresno locations, and it suits homeowners who want one 24/7 contractor for plumbing, HVAC, and roofing alike. It fits households facing emergency failures outside business hours, complex multi-system projects, and anyone who values technician continuity and financing options.

PR Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is a combined plumbing and HVAC contractor at 1504 N Maple Ave in Fresno's Roosevelt area, open 24 hours daily with emergency service advertised. Its plumbing side covers drain cleaning, water heater repairs including hydronic systems, faucet and fixture work, sewer and water main repairs, and washing machine hookups. The HVAC side handles air conditioning installation and repair, heating, whole-house fans, and blown cellulose and fiberglass insulation. Reviewers describe the company sending out full crews for jobs like broken water mains, with technicians digging in the same day. Named technicians include Dan, Josh, Jeremy, David, Benny, Joe, Thomas, Richard, Zach, Jason, Ken, Jesse, Juan, and Eric, with Libby noted for office scheduling. Review themes center on fast turnaround, technicians who explain findings before doing work, and crews that tidy up before leaving. Several reviewers mention the company taking on American Home Shield warranty jobs, and property managers say they use it for recurring rental repairs. One reviewer described hourly billing with a fast-moving crew. This is a fit for Fresno homeowners who want a single contractor for both plumbing and air conditioning, including landlords managing multiple properties. The 24-hour emergency positioning suits AC failures in triple-digit heat as well as plumbing emergencies. Customers who prefer flat-rate pricing should confirm the billing model up front, since the company bills by the hour on at least some jobs.
