3 Best Air conditioning contractor in Fresno for SameDay Service

Monarch Home Services - Fresno is a home-services contractor on Fresno's Westside covering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Its services include HVAC, furnace, and heat pump repair, installation, replacement, and maintenance; thermostat installation and replacement; ductless mini-split installation; air duct cleaning and replacement; indoor air quality solutions and air purifiers; electric inspection, installation, and repair; and water heater maintenance, repair, and replacement for both standard and tankless units, with 24/7 emergency service. It does not service swamp coolers, window A/C units, floor heaters, portable heaters, or RV units. Review themes center on system replacements: installation manager Julio is named alongside Miguel and Jose for a multi-day electrical and installation job that grew from a quick fix into a three-day project when outdated house wiring was found. Service listings place the company across the Fresno area — including Clovis, Sanger, Kerman, Selma, Reedley, Kingsburg, Fowler, and Parlier — with county coverage spanning Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, San Luis Obispo, and Tulare. This is a fit for homeowners who want HVAC, plumbing, and electrical handled by one contractor rather than coordinating three trades. The 24/7 emergency availability suits after-hours breakdowns in heating, cooling, or water heating. Since reviewers note pricing can run high, getting a clear written estimate before work begins is advisable.

Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating is a large multi-trade service company based at 5456 W Mission Ave on Fresno's Westside, serving Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, and surrounding Central California communities. Its offerings span plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and roofing, with plumbing services covering water heater repair and installation, tankless water heater work, leak detection, drain cleaning, sewer services, gas lines, pipe repair, toilet and sink installation, faucet repair, garbage disposals, and hydro jetting. The company runs a 24-hour live service line for emergencies such as clogged sewer lines, broken water pipes, and failed AC units during extreme heat. Reviews describe same-day emergency response, including an AC repair completed in under three hours during a heat wave, and technicians who are polite, knowledgeable, and careful with the home. The company operates with in-house background-checked technicians, GPS tracking for arrival visibility, and maintenance membership plans for HVAC and plumbing. A recurring criticism is upselling on service calls: some reviewers report technicians recommending extensive replacements that a second provider later judged unnecessary, alongside complaints that quoted prices exceeded what a local competitor charged. This is a fit for Central Valley homeowners who prefer a single company across plumbing, HVAC, and roofing, particularly for emergency calls that cannot wait for morning. The 24-hour dispatch, background-checked technicians, and maintenance plans suit busy households and rental property managers. Customers booking a diagnostic visit may want to get any major replacement recommendation confirmed by a second quote before committing.

D&S Mechanical, INC. is an air conditioning and mechanical contractor based at 4306 W Dudley Ave in Fresno — an HVAC business with plumbing capabilities, not a plumbing-only shop. Its core work is HVAC: air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair, plus heating system installation, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers. Listed offerings also include general plumbing repair, drain and sewer services, and gas leak detection. It keeps weekday hours Monday through Friday with Saturday morning availability. Review themes center on thorough diagnostics and combined HVAC-plumbing capability. One customer describes the company locating an under-slab leak, then excavating, repairing, and backfilling within a single day so the floor was ready for re-tiling — and keeping the company for all HVAC and plumbing needs afterward. Other customers describe quick appointments, clear explanations of the problem, and reasonable pricing. Preventative maintenance plans cover customers who want equipment serviced on a schedule rather than only when it breaks. This is a fit for Fresno-area homeowners and businesses that want one contractor covering both HVAC and basic plumbing, such as a property manager coordinating seasonal AC service and leak repairs. The Saturday morning window suits customers who can't take a weekday off for maintenance visits. For air-conditioning failures during Central Valley heat, the repair service and maintenance plans cover both the immediate fix and longer-term prevention.
