Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Wayne is a locally operated plumbing branch on Illinois Road serving Fort Wayne and surrounding areas with 24/7 live answering and emergency scheduling. Its service menu covers sewer backups, leaking and frozen pipes, clogged drains, water heater repair and replacement, and gas line services, plus diagnostics, excavation work, and washer and dryer hookups. The branch positions itself on transparent, upfront pricing and convenient scheduling for both planned jobs and urgent failures. Review themes from Fort Wayne customers center on responsiveness and technician communication: technicians Brian and Joe are named for quick weekend responses, explaining diagnoses before starting, and offering follow-up help. Jobs described in reviews include water main breaks, stubborn drain blockages, and emergency leak repairs, with customers noting on-time arrivals and tidy work. A few reviewers mention premium pricing for simple drain-snaking jobs, so customers may want the full cost confirmed before authorizing small repairs. This branch suits homeowners and businesses that want a single accountable provider for the full range of plumbing emergencies, from sewer backups to dead water heaters. The 24/7 live answering model fits callers who need to schedule outside normal hours rather than leaving a voicemail. Because the branch operates within a national franchise network, customers get standardized processes and documented estimates backed by a locally dispatched crew.

Rolf Griffin Service Experts is a Fort Wayne HVAC and plumbing company operating from its Fairfield Avenue location as part of the Service Experts network. The HVAC side covers maintenance plans, system repair, and full furnace and air-conditioner replacement. The plumbing side handles repairs such as leak calls and fixture replacements like hose spouts. Reviewers repeatedly describe same-day appointments for AC failures and water leaks, with technicians explaining options before starting work. Names that recur include plumber Mark and HVAC techs Ryan, Chase, and Grace. One customer praised the company for refusing to sell equipment to a senior homeowner without a family member present, and several mention technicians calling ahead, cleaning up, and leaving written overviews of the work done. The company suits homeowners who want scheduled maintenance on both heating and cooling and plumbing from one provider, with annual tune-ups, filter changes, duct cleaning, and indoor-air-quality upgrades as recurring themes. It also markets financing for replacements, making it a fit for customers planning a full system changeout rather than a one-off repair.
