Best Dry wall contractor in Fort Wayne for SameDay Service

1&Done Maintenance LLC is a Fort Wayne multi-trade contractor built around small to mid-size home repair and remodeling. Owner Johnnie Brennan and his crew cover plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and drywall, positioning the company as a single call for punch lists and light renovations rather than a dedicated plumbing shop. A detailed customer review describes the range concretely: replacing a kitchen faucet and faulty PVC pipe beneath the sink, installing a window AC unit, building an exterior platform with protective sealing, removing a gas supply line and old grill, and correcting reversed hot and cold washer hookups left by another company. The same reviewer praised the crew for cleaning workspaces and removing debris. A separate online review, though, alleges the company scammed someone without providing detail, a reminder that this outfit runs on a thin public record. The company fits Fort Wayne homeowners and landlords with several unrelated fixes to knock out in one visit, leaky faucets, drywall patches, and fixture swaps, instead of booking a plumber, an electrician, and a carpenter separately. It advertises round-the-clock emergency availability, so burst pipes and electrical failures outside business hours fall within its stated scope.
