Best Water damage restoration service in Detroit for SameDay Service

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is the Detroit location of the national Roto-Rooter brand, based on West Congress Street in the Fort/Cass area downtown. Its services span drain cleaning, sewer line cleaning, repair, and replacement; water heater repair and replacement; faucet, sink, and toilet work; plus water damage restoration and cleanup. Place offerings add high-pressure hydro-jetting, video camera pipe inspections, backflow inspection and repair, and sump pump work. The location operates 24/7 with online booking and serves both residential and commercial customers. The company's review record is split. Positive accounts praise technicians like Bud, David, Bill Wiper, Lamar, and Nathan for arriving within an hour, explaining the work as it proceeded, cleaning up afterward, and offering drain-maintenance advice. Negative accounts allege over-quoting for additional repairs, property damage during sewer work, and an unprofessional technician visit. The pattern is typical of a high-volume franchise: competent responsive service in most accounts, with serious outlier complaints on billing and conduct. This is a fit for Detroit homeowners and businesses dealing with sewer backups, flooded basements, or clogged drains who need a large operator that can dispatch quickly at any hour. The water cleanup capability also suits customers whose plumbing failure has already caused flooding or property damage.

Master Plumbers Inc. is a Detroit plumbing contractor based on Clippert Street in the Michigan-Martin area, specializing in commercial plumbing work. Its stated specialties include restaurants, car washes, hotels, motels, high-rise buildings, and multi-dwelling properties, alongside residential service and new construction. Listed offerings cover drain cleaning, video pipe inspection, sewer cleaning and repair, and energy-efficient water heaters, with plumbing and excavation services among its capabilities. The company keeps weekday hours, 8 AM to 5 PM. Mr. Marlon is named in reviews for exceptional service — arriving shortly after the call and completing work promptly — with a commercial client's group account praising timely, satisfying results. Residential reviews describe thorough work in older historic homes with quality materials, on-time arrivals, clean work areas, and technicians who explained the issue in detail before resolving it. The recurring themes are professionalism, promptness, and standing behind the work. This is a fit for Detroit-area commercial property owners — restaurants, hotels, and multi-unit buildings — who need a plumber experienced with commercial-grade systems and excavation work. It also suits homeowners in older properties wanting careful, explained repairs from a contractor that treats residential work with the same professionalism as its commercial jobs.
