Reeves Family Plumbing is a plumbing contractor based at 13346 Bee Street in Dallas, serving residential and commercial customers across the Dallas metroplex. Its services include general plumbing repair and replacement, drain cleaning, slab leak repair, water heater installation and replacement, toilet and faucet repair, gas line installation, bathroom remodeling support, and emergency plumbing. The company describes itself as a woman-owned business serving the area for decades. Review themes center on responsiveness and honest pricing. Dustin, J.R., and Will are named for same-day arrivals, careful explanations of the work, and attention to detail during kitchen remodels and fixture installations. Customers describe crews arriving within an hour for backups and leaks, quotes coming in below competitors for large jobs, and office staff who schedule politely. Some reviews dispute pricing, calling flat quotes expensive for short jobs, while others describe the pricing as fair for the quality. This is a fit for homeowners who want a smaller family-style plumbing company with fast response for everyday failures like clogs, leaks, and water heater breakdowns. The remodeling support suits kitchen and bathroom projects that need fixture hookups and rough-in work. Buyers comparing large-project quotes may find its bids competitive against bigger Dallas firms.

Same Day Water Heaters is a Dallas-based contractor specializing in water heater installation and service, operating from 14203 Proton Road. It installs conventional tank and tankless water heaters on the same day it is called, and handles water heater repairs, replacements, and related plumbing work. The company serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex plus Lubbock, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Little Rock, installing thousands of water heaters each year. Review themes center on speed and communication. Customers describe technicians arriving on schedule, explaining the heater options in plain terms, and completing replacements quickly with the old unit removed during the same visit. Praise notes courteous conduct, thorough explanations of the new unit's operation, and willingness to answer questions during the job. Reviewers who compared quotes describe the pricing as fair for the installation. This is a fit for homeowners facing a failed water heater who need hot water restored within hours, not days. Same-day scheduling suits emergencies like burst tanks or a sudden loss of hot water. For buyers choosing between tank and tankless units, the specialization in both makes it a direct match.
