Named technicians include Isaac, praised for explaining everything he does on a service call; Francisco, noted for on-time arrival and clear diagnoses; and Greg, a long-serving technician described as courteous and professional. Frymire Home Services is a Dallas-Fort Worth home services company based on Satsuma Drive in Northwest Dallas, covering air conditioning, heating, and plumbing. Its plumbing side includes tankless and heat pump water heater repair and replacement, leak diagnostics shaped by North Texas hard-water scaling, and emergency plumbing calls. The company runs seven days a week from 7 AM to 8 PM and markets upfront pricing with no overtime charges through its EASE Comfort maintenance program. Reviews repeatedly name technicians such as Bryan, Brent, Joshua, Jacob, Patrick, and Nick for explaining diagnoses patiently, arriving quickly — including a Saturday-evening AC outage resolved within half an hour — and leaving honest recommendations. A water-heater replacement and a Sunday check on a misdiagnosed leak appear among the praised jobs. The record is not spotless: public complaints cite a disputed gas-leak service call and an air-conditioner install where the heating side was not tested before winter. This is a fit for DFW homeowners who want a large, always-open shop for both HVAC and plumbing, particularly water-heater work where hard-water scaling drives failures. The seven-day schedule covers weekend emergencies without after-hours surcharges. Given the mixed public record, a written scope and upfront quote are worth securing on larger installs.

On the HVAC side, the listed offerings cover air conditioning repair and installation, heating repair and installation, zoning systems, air purification, and duct cleaning. The company advertises emergency repairs with free estimates and keeps weekday hours of 8 AM to 6 PM plus Saturday mornings. Reviews name a string of technicians — Daniel, Christian, Evan, Ethan, Matt, Cameron, Andrew, Tony — for fast arrival, clear explanations, and work that respects the home. One reviewer describes a second-opinion drain clearing that removed an object another company declared unfixable; another cites a Friday-afternoon AC call answered within two hours. Customers note multiple written quotes with professional recommendations, and small extras handled without being asked, such as tightening a loose shower handle. This is a fit for Oak Cliff and Dallas homeowners who want one company for both plumbing and HVAC rather than separate contractors. The pattern of explained options and multiple quotes suits buyers comparing repair against replacement on water heaters and air conditioners. A critical review mentioning an excessive charge for a simple repair suggests getting the estimate in writing before authorizing work.

Customers describe same-day scheduling for late-day emergencies, clear itemized options before approval, and follow-up contact after the job. Pricing draws mixed notes: some reviewers call it reasonable for the diagnosis and speed, while others dispute assessment fees and material costs. This is a fit for homeowners who want one contractor covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, including complex jobs that cross trades. The round-the-clock emergency coverage suits urgent leaks, sewer backups, and lost hot water. For buyers comparing quotes on water heaters or sewer line work, the pattern of upfront itemized options before any repair begins makes it directly relevant.

This is a fit for Lake Highlands and Dallas homeowners who want one company for plumbing and HVAC with a maintenance membership option. The pattern of improvising around unexpected obstacles suits older homes where jobs rarely go by the book. The company advertises 24-hour emergency support and same-day service, with upfront pricing and no hidden fees. Technicians Josiah, Telvin Simmons, Noel Ramirez, Roger, Cooper, Chris, Jason, Uriel, and Edgar appear across reviews for rapid response, often arriving within hours of a call, and for explaining diagnoses plainly. Documented plumbing jobs include a drain blockage caused by root intrusion resolved with clear solution options, a full plumbing inspection, and a leak assessment with a corrective action plan. Scheduler Tabitha is named for friendly, knowledgeable scheduling. The record includes one detailed complaint describing a temporary AC repair and a follow-up fee dispute. This is a fit for DFW homeowners who want HVAC, plumbing, and electrical under one roof with genuine 24-hour availability.
